Waterfront home with 3 bedroom and office that can turn into a bedroom. King bed and separate shower in the master bedroom. With another two bathrooms, split & open floor plan. Can entertain the whole family at this peaceful place to stay and has a view of the pond for a peaceful and relaxing weekend. Not far from downtown lafayette. Fence in backyard for privacy and great if you have a pet. There is a pet fee of $75.

Wonderful stay! Great Location!

The home was very clean, nicely decorated, great living and dining rooms, bedrooms were comfortable and has a great backyard with a nice view. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!"

Very nice home

The house was very nice, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe. The description says 2 double beds in the one bedroom, but turns out they are 2 twin beds. The check in process was very smooth. Host kept in contact, checking in during the trip to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely book again.

Nice place…poor cleanliness!

Very nice home and location but they definitely need another cleaning crew! The MBR sheets were stained, there was on eyelash left on the night stand, there was a sock in the corner I guess all left from the previous guest, in the hallway BR the toilet seat was cracked very uncomfortable and we couldn’t even enjoy the patio spider webs were everywhere even on the patio furniture! I communicated all this to the host during our stay even offered to send pictures, she was very receptive and apologized but never offered a partial refund or anything for the poor cleaning.

Love the Place. I chose to stay here, cause the backyard n location. I was getting married that weekend, and the location made for good pictures.

As described only better!

Our hosts, Nah and Austin, were available every time we reached out to them. The home was impeccable. It was close to everything and if it's not close, I-10 is only about a mile away. We had a wonderful experience with the home (very comfortable) and our host made checking in and out so easy. We'll be back!

Enjoyed our stay, very clean house, spacious and no clutter. One very small request would be adding a full size bed in the 4 bedroom instead of a child size futon to utilize the space more for sleeping. Thanks!!

Family gathering

The size of the house was just what we needed. We were very pleased with How quiet the neighborhood is. We enjoyed having the pond behind the house, and our fenced in backyard. Two small recommendations, get a new can opener and get a new barbecue pit. We would certainly rent this place again.

Comfortable Stay in Lafayette

Property was as advertised and very comfortable. Nice, quiet residential neighborhood and suited our needs well. Very convenient to grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. The property managers were responsive to any questions that we had and we would definitely book this property again.

Wedding Weekend

The property was very clean and decorated nicely. However, the mattresses on the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable for adult guests. My mother in law slept in the primary bedroom and stated that bed was very comfortable. Additional ceiling fans for the bedrooms to help circulate the AC and mini blinds got for the windows to reduce the morning sunlight would be great.

The property could use an upgrade in the furniture & a TV in the additional bedrooms. You tell the upkeep of the property is not good. The entry into the property needs to be cleaned. The back porch’s furniture is old. I chose to sit on the ground vs the furniture because of all of the bugs, spider webs and dirtiness. The show curtain in the shared restroom had mold in it. The property was simply ok. The host communicated well & kept in contact. I would not return to this property though.
