Clean, comfortable and spacious in Maryville. 3 BR, 2 BA, conveniently located.

The Blue Magnolia is a completely renovated 3bd/2ba Rancher. This spacious Southern Charmer is 1464 sq ft that sleeps 6. Feel at home with a large master suite with a sitting area, second bedroom with a queen bed, third bedroom with a double bed, separate dining area, keeping room off kitchen, private backyard & patio.

The house is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the airport. Knoxville is a 20 minute drive north, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is approximately an hour away.
The space

Built in 1942, this house was completely renovated in 2022, we kept the original hardwood flooring & crown molding which gives the house warmth and character. Upgrades includes new kitchen with granite countertops and full size stainless steel appliances. New bathrooms one with a walk-in tile shower, the other with a tub/shower combo. Completely furnished with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and easy living decor and linens.

The house has a private driveway that can accommodate two automobiles. Two outdoor floodlight / security camera's provide protection around the outside exterior of the house .

Other things to note
There are 5 TVs, one in each bedroom, one in living room, one in keeping room each is loaded with streaming apps and Youtube Live TV, plus local antenna.
2 Electric fireplaces, one in living room, one in master bedroom.
Completely fenced in backyard for privacy and safety.

This was a mother daughter dance competition weekend and this house was perfection! We felt right at home upon arrival. The house is decorated beautifully and we loved how close the house was to a lot of the center of where we needed to be.

My wife and I and our two small dogs loved staying in this house. The house was extremely clean and decorated nicely. The backyard was great for our dogs and they loved playing there. I would highly recommend this property. The owners was great and responded quickly to communications.

Wonderful Family Trip

Blue Magnolia for a weekend getaway

We had a group of 5 in Maryville for a music festival. This place was exactly what we needed. Tina and Jim were terrific hosts. Lots of room to relax on comfy couches and recliners.

Perfect location and wonderful home

Motorcycle trip and concert

Charming home, beautifully decorated. Many extra touches to make our stay more pleasant. The home is very conveniently located to businesses and restaurants. I highly recommend it as a home base while exploring the Smoky Mountains.

Sister's weekend

Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Convenient to downtown Knoxville and the mountains. Plenty of activities nearby also. Will definitely keep this place in mind for another trip to the area.

Awesome stay

We were in town for a wedding and the location and accommodations where perfect! Easy access to everywhere we needed to go and plenty of room to move about while at the house. Large dining table accommodated some board game playing while at the house as well. Definitely would stay here again if/when in the area.

Tennessee getaway

Every detail of a home away from home was considered in the wonderful house. Close to all the amenities of Maryville, smoky mountains just a short drive away and cozy to spend nights by the light of the fireplaces. Owners were great and a definite place to return to in the future.

Super clean and very cozy!

This was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was very nice. We loved the 2 sitting areas. Our kids loved it too. The fenced in backyard was perfect! The location was perfect. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area!

Great Place for Family Stay

Our stay at the Blue Magnolia was wonderful! The home is spacious, yet very cozy and comfortable. It is also well decorated and well equipped, and accommodated all our needs for our stay nicely. The backyard is also a great outdoor space. We had obligations in Knoxville, and it was a very convenient drive in to downtown Knoxville.
