Great location for work and dining

I stayed here for two weeks for work. Convenient access to two different hospitals for my work. Unit size is quite spacious for a one-bedroom. Property host was VERY responsive to all questions and immediately addressed the few problems that occurred during my stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location

We had a great stay. The apartment building is very nice and this apartment is very close to the lounge and gym that is beautiful. The gym has 2 peletons and other basics for a gym. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Our check-in and check-out was straightforward. The apartment is new and the finishes are very nice.

Owner was great and very helpful with check in. Nice property with gated parking and convenient location. Would rent again without hesitation.

Downtown Columbia

Stayed here for a week while working in the area. Great location, within walking distance of downtown restaurants and easy to get in an out of Columbia. Loved the gated parking and security in the building, very safe. Unit is spacious and comfortable. Also, on the first floor so getting in and out with luggage and bags was easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment and complex with gated parking. Extremely clean and very convenient to move our son into his off campus apartment. Will definitely stay again

Very clean! Had everything we needed. Just a walk from downtown.

I definitely enjoyed my stay for 3 nights! The host was very responsive. I loved how modern the apartment and the building itself was. I love playing pool and the main area for the residents is everything! Parking is very close and the building is very secure. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Excellent property

Great location for parents weekend at USC. It became our home base. We could all meet up and head out as a group. The lines to the bars were too long, so we came back and used the game room. We played cards, pool and charades. Plenty of space in the unit, lots of towels and all the necessary essentials. We will be back. Thank you again!

In a Perfect location to visit downtown . Clean and secure. Gated secured parking area. Lovely rooftop lounge area. Good communication with owner. Definitely recommend.

Tacky

The furnishing were extremely cheap, no wine opener, that worked, no soap and supplies of any kind. Bedding was super cheap and tacky looking. Overall I would definitely not recommend it. The check in process was a disaster.

Business overnight

Overall the property was wonderful. I had a very late arrival and the manager accommodated me well. It was my first time staying so I was a little confussed when I went to leave how/where to leave the key. I thought I had lost an earring and the manager and staff were kind enough to look for it. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you

Cola trip

Great property and much better than any of the hotels regarding value and quietness. The lounge was nice and the gym was decent. The only recommendation would be better and more comfortable furniture in the living room. It doesn't have to be extravagant but something nice and comfortable that you'd want to hang out and enjoy a drink in the evening or watch a show. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Move in Weekend

This apartment is in a perfect location. The parking could be explained a bit better in the check in email. It is easy once you figure it out. The apartment needs a few upgrades. Simple fixes. The kitchen could use more glass wear. We never cooked so I can't say if the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The counter needs more stools. The living room needs the most attention. The couch is not conformable at all and you can't sit more then 2 people in it. You need to update the furniture. The bedroom needs a TV too. For a weekend visit to Columbia, it worked out good. Make these changes and you will have a repeat customer. Thank you

The property looks just as listed if not better in person, we had great communication from the hostess and everything was cleaned and stocked up when we got there!

Wonderful experience/ great property!

Brand new building, nicely outfitted space which was perfect for a multi-week stay. Common area with gym (bring Peloton shoes 😁), pool table, and gated private parking lot were some really nice features. Nice modern security features as well. Short drive to U of SC campus. The owner is very responsive and has created a stylish and welcoming space. Will definitely rent this place again 👍!!!
