Welcome to Sandy Shores 101, a luxurious fully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 3-story townhome at the Shores Townhouses of Panama City Beach Florida. Upon entering from the garage, the laundry unit greets you to the right. Ascend the stairs to the main floor, where a full-size fully stocked kitchen awaits. A cozy living room adorned with a wonderful sleeper sofa, comfy oversized plush chair with room enough for two, and a flat-screen Roku TV invites relaxation. Step out onto the private balcony and unwind while gazing at the stunning Gulf of America views. The first floor also boasts two full-size beds and a convenient full shower tub combo. Moving upstairs, discover another shared bathroom and a welcoming queen-size bed with its own flat-screen Roku TV down the hall. The master bedroom offers indulgence with a private walk-in closet, a luxurious private bathroom, and a serene private balcony adorned with four chairs.

Walk to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, donuts, and ice cream directly across the street. Less than 4 miles to Pier Park, Golf, 30a.

Family vacation

The condo was a Fantastic location… however outdated and dirty. Dead bugs in downstairs bedroom and mold in bathroom

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Shores. The property manager, Sharona, was awesome to work with. This unit is next to the pool which is great, and beach front! Grocery stores are within a minutes drive. We did not have any issues that made our stay unbearable. However, my suggestions to the owner are to update the furniture in the living room. The love seats have well served their purpose and need replacing. Also the kitchen needs to be restocked. There is only one extremely large frying pan. This unit needs a little TLC. However, I would still rent it again.

Very Disappointed

The only good thing about this unit is the location. The beach was amazing. We left a day early because the next door neighbor began to tear out their hurricane windows before the outside of the units are renovated. We listened to hammers, drills and saws until we ended up calling the sheriff's department at 10:30 pm and asked them to quiet the demo for the night. The unit is in desperate need of updating and cleaning. The living room furniture is ridiculous. It's so worn out that it's hard to get out of because of sinking so low into it. The floor is cheap stick on vinyl strips and thread bare bowling alley carpeting. There was yellow tape on the floor to warn you of flooring differences in the hallway. The bathrooms were disgusting, especially behind toilets and doors. The dirt and grime instead of caulk on the floor was ridiculous. The bath tubs were moldy, rusting and super slippery and did not have any safety bars making it dangerous to use. The sinks had rusting spots and didn't have stoppers. The patio furniture chairs were unusable due to the canvas seats being torn out. The kitchen cabinets must be original, the backsplash was moldy and pealing and the kitchen sink was loose and leaking. The unit is next to the pool which is nice but loud late at night. The pictures of this unit are deceiving as none of these issues are evident. It's a shame the owner hasn't kept this unit updated.

Relaxing Fall Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location!We had an issue with the TV. Management took care if it quickly. Sheets in master bedroom needed deeper pockets and a mattress protector would be a great addition.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and great location close to beach. Located next to pool which gets very loud late at night with no one to call to help with posted noise ordinance. Rental management company was not very helpful and after an issue with the AirBnB reservation, charged us $300 more for same reservation.

Thank you for your feedback. We will notify the HOA of the noise complaint. They do not have anyone onsite and noise complaints should be reported to the Sheriff's Department. You rented through a 3rd party website going through Airbnb. They offered a discounted rate, which was taken away when you cancelled the reservation and then rebooked. At that point. the special was no longer being offered and we could not readd the discount to your stay. But we are glad you enjoyed the condo! Thank you again for renting with us!
