~~2 bedrooms sleep 6 people (trundle bed under bunk-bed), Cot for extra guest. 2 full bathrooms, hot-tub, firepit (firewood is provided), 3 man canoe, 2 adult kayaks, fishing poles, life-vests, large dining table, patio table, big 2 level charcoal grill (charcoal provided), 3 flat-screen tv’s, Netflix, Hulu, 2 DVD players w/ lots of DVD’s, full kitchen, pots & pans, 2 different size crock-pots, microwave, dishwasher+pods, keurig+coffee pods, washer+detergent, dryer+softener, spices, condiments, baking items, popcorn popper, shampoo+conditioner, hair dryer, curling iron, hair straightener, linens, bath towels, 3 bicycles w/ helmets, bells, & body pads, Karaoke machine & “wall of fun” (bookshelf packed w/ fun activities). 11 phone charging ports & lots of outlets! Very helpful. There was an internet issue when we got there and the host worked through the night to get it working. Very convenient and my wife and daughter loved the hot tub. We will rent again.

Great kitchen with a huge family table. It would be a great Thanksgiving house!!The hot tub was relaxing and beautiful overlooking the lake! The master was so cozy also with a great view overlooking the lake. The master bedroom was so comfortable!! Many fun things for young children and when my 18 year old walked in he said he loved the house. A huge compliment from a teen. The host was so generous. The coffe bar was also amazing!!!

This house was perfect for our family for the weekend, very comfortable and peaceful. The house had everything we needed and more, and hot was very thoughtful and communicative. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and hiking in the area, would stay here again.

Great location for a quiet place to relax but still close enough to go and eat if you want to. Has comfortable sleeping areas and a nice hottub to relax in. Everything at the property functioned as it is suposed to with modern appliances. Had a great stay to say the least. Great host as well Michelle was very professional gave us all the information that was needed with out be overbearing thank you

Very nice property and communications with owner was top-notch, from answering questions before we reserved throughout the duration of our stay. We could not find the remote for the downstairs TV, so Michelle went out and bought a replacement and dropped it off while we were out! The only hiccup we had was wifi was spotty when it came to streaming, but all of our kids' devices probably contributed to that. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home and its wonderful owner.

Great location - excellent stay! This was a great base for moving our daughter into Clemson. Close to campus and was so nice to have hot tub and dock/lake right there. Clean and with so many conveniences - the host has thought of everything. Michelle was so responsive, nice, and accommodating - will definitely be back!

Fantastic lake cottage! Super cute, clean, easy to travel too. Wish we could of stayed longer to enjoy more time on the lake but we had a wonderful time! In addition, the hostess was super friendly and provided immediate responses to any questions. I would absolutely recommend and will be booking again!

The property was exactly as the pictures showed! We booked it for a three night getaway and we can’t wait to come back! Everything was very clean. He had lots of fun activities to do at the house and around the nearby area. We enjoyed the kayaks and the hot tub the most! The house had everything we needed for our stay. Can’t wait to bring the kids next time.!

Lake House

Great cottage, nice and big, loved the kitchen and the hot tub. Hung out by the lake, so nice and peaceful. Lots of wildlife. Next time in South Carolina we would definitely stay here again!

Lake House

Had a great time at the lake. House was very well equipped and in a great location. Take advantage of the kayaks and canoe. Kids had a great time swimming and fishing. Will definitely go back here. Owner was absolutely fantastic and very helpful. Answers any questions quickly and left great instructions for all the quirks of this unique property. Thanks for the memories!

A perfect lake house

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and had such a great time. Fishing was good, kayaks were in perfect shape, a private dock, hammock, hot tub literally everything you need for a lake side vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and condiments, coffee and creamer, plenty of extra towels and blankets, toiletries, we had everything we needed. The house was clean and cozy, and Michelle was a perfect host. We will definitely be back!

Great stay location for fishing Lake Hartwell!

What a perfect place to fish Lake Hartwell. Host communicated very well and we had parking for two boats and trucks at the place. It was also very affordable. Highly recommended!

Felt like home

Such a great use of space . Host is outstanding this is a hidden gem the hot tub amazing. Close to everything door dash whatever you would ever want and the ducks were fun I will definitely be back

Fall Getaway

This home is well-loved and very cozy! The host made sure everything you might need was in the home and easy to find, including extra toilet paper and toiletries. Communication with her was amazing! Loved the huge dining table and countertop, comfy couch, and big bedrooms, but the hot tub was our favorite! The ‘wall of fun’ even excited my 23 year old! The living room area and second bath are downstairs so may not be ideal for disabled or elderly guests. The driveway is steep, but plenty of flat parking is provided at the top of the hill. Also, neighbors are close, as expected on the lake, but quiet and friendly. Would definitely rent again! Thanks much!
