This place is exactly as you see it. Cute and clean and well air conditioned. The hosts are fast to communicate and left water and a nice note, which was appreciated. The little bar/restaurant on site, was tasty and a great place from which to watch the sunset. To improve it, possibly have some place for guest to store their things. Maybe some built in shelves. Our things were just out all over the place. It is small, so though it says 4 can stay…not 4 adults. Two adults and 2 kids would maybe be ok, but there is no area to just sit together comfortably. I think that is the way of all the “2BR”or 1 BR and loft tiny houses on this site. We would stay again for our short stay we had, it’s right across the bridge from a marina for your boat to be parked.
