RELAX in this cozy 1 bedroom condo located in the River Creek II golf community in Sea Trail Resorts. The condo is smoke-free with one bedroom/one full bath and 2 Double beds. The condo has two flat panel televisions for ultimate entertainment enjoyment (DIRECTV) and a DVD in the living room. The condo has an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas. The bedroom is located at the front of the condo and has 2 double beds with a private bathroom. The kitchen has all major appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. It is also equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The dining area has seating for four and a raised bar with additional seating. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. The main area of the condo has a door that opens to a private balcony perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene golf course views. Located a short 1.5 mile drive from Sunset Beach and only minutes away from multiple area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience. Complimentary linens, towels and departure housekeeping service included with every rental.

The Village Activity Center provides indoor pool & hot tub, outdoor pool & kiddie pool, poolside Tiki Bar Hut, Outdoor Volleyball, Breakfast & Snacks & Restaurant & Pub. Use of the Village Activity Center is available for an additional minimal fee payable directly to the facility on site.

Great location

The place is beautiful- located on a golf course. Centrally located near Sunset Beach and not far from Ocean Isle.The area is gorgeous. Great place to stay when you truly need to get away to relax. Its truly peaceful.

Sunset beach condo

The furniture is decades old. The beds are like mush. The coffee maker is so old. They need to invest in upgrades. The location was convenient and getting in and out of the apartment was easy. Second floor walk up was fine.

The place was beautiful and the location was great. I definitely would stay again.Suggestions to the host - Only one roll of toilet paper was available, one dish towel provided, no pot holders and no mixing bowl.

Convenient- clean

We stayed here while house hunting. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with this place. It was clean, well outfitted and the location was great. Communication was excellent. Definitely recommend!!

Great Location

This property was a short drive to the beach and close to Myrtle Beach. I would stay here again. Very relaxing and beautiful views of golf course.

Would be pleased to visit your unit again next year!

The property was excellent, well maintained,and excellent sunsets. Few very minor problems…there were no dishrags or dish towels in the kitchen, the hair dryer didn’t work, the lightbulb in the bedroom isn’t functioning, the ice cube trays are too miniscule,and finally, replace the cheap useless toilet paper. These are very minor problems though. Overall, a lovely place and will come again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Sea Trail stop for a couple days

Stayed in area to visit and golf with friends before heading to Florida. Rental worked perfectly for the stay. Clean, convenient and comfortable.

Perfect get away!

Loved this place! It’s on second floor but not a bad climb. Only thing was the bathroom was not completely clean, floor had hair, shower liner needed to be replaced and would have like to have disposable sponges and dish soap in the kitchen. Other than that, we were very happy, would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We truly enjoyed the peacefulness and the setting of this lovely condo. The keurig coffee maker should be replaced, doesn’t work well and the wifei did not work even after the management company addressed it. It was all duable since we only stayed two days.

Great Spot to getaway :)

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in this condo. It was perfect for the 2 of us and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we had a great view of the golf course and trees, flowers, birds, squirrels. I would stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Trail and Sunset Beach

This was a nice, clean, and quite condo. It had just about everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Sea Trail is a nice community with access to pools and activities for the kids at the activity center. It was a very quick drive to Sunset Beach and the pier. Enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect for Run Sunset Beach

We signed up for the 5k Run Sunset Beach race and needed a place to stay as we live in WV. Not only was the condo similar to the cost of a hotel, it was just so much better! Perfect location for race day-bag pick up, the starting/finish line, and all race related activities, but perfect location for the beautiful park in Sunset Beach and fabulous restaraunts! The condo is easy to find, clean, beautifully decorated, and best of all - quiet. We plan to reserve again next year!

Very satisfied!

We found the property to be clean, pleasantly decorated, and true to the descriptions. Super nice place. Only one thing to point out- the deck is super small. This was not a problem for us at all, but it's size did surprise us.
