Viola's is a beautiful, fresh 1/1 cottage, designed with couples in mind! Recently renovated with no detail spared, amenities of the cottage include a luxurious custom bath with walk-in shower, a private courtyard with stucco privacy walls and a hot tub for 2, king bed, and a fully stocked coffee and margarita bar! Inside is a minimalist, peaceful abode with seating, a Samsung Frame TV, and let's not forget the fully stocked armoire with a coffee station and wet bar. Outside, the private courtyard with a cafe table and hot tub is the perfect place to unwind and sip, whether your preference is a cappuccino or a margarita, Viola's has something for everyone!

PLEASE NOTE: The owner lives onsite. The unit is fully detached and there are no shared spaces.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
