Right next to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and just two blocks from the beach, this second-floor studio (no elevator) at Key West Villas is your ticket to central Ocean City living. Leave the car behind and walk or take one of the provided bikes to shops, local dining, and boardwalk attractions. After the days adventures, unwind on the private balcony while taking in sunset views over the water or kick-back in the living area to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. The kitchenette comes well-equipped with mid-size appliances, including a fridge and stove/oven, and all the utensils needed for easy. at-home meals. A wall-mounted AC unit keeps the studio cool and comfortable while a private washer/dryer provides in-home convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The bed was broken and the doors that slide over the wall bed were broken off and leaning against the closet doors! The closet also was full of extra beach chairs etc. The water view that was advertised turned out to be a swamp! Also no security or face to face connection with anyone. My suggestion would be that they employ both security and maintenance on the property!

Pretty views outside, not as much inside.

Our bed was broke and unable to sleep on and did not match the picture. The towels and sheets were clean but the actual comforter for the bed did not seem clean. The bathroom floors were dirty, and there was hair left in the drain with no drain topper. The shower head is very outdated and the water pressure was terrible. If these few things were fixed it would be 5/5 stars, but unfortunately due to these issues it was a 3 for us. Very beautiful porch area, and the inside decor and art was lovely. Fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc.

Great reviews but my visit was not up to par

The reviews and pictures on this plate were great, and we still had a great time but unfortunately a few things did not match the description. The bed was broken and unable to stay down so we could not sleep on that and had to sleep on the pull out couch. Also it did not seem like some of the bedding was clean, and the property itself was not cleaned the best from the last visit it seems. Beautiful location and the house itself is lovely but with those 2 issues fixed I thing it would be great and a higher rating!

Cozy space

We were very happy staying at Key west villas. Great location surrounded by plenty to do. Minutes from the beach. The space was perfect for our weekend getaway. Communication was 100%. We would absolutely book again.

Always worth it

Prefect for Motorcycle Riders

We came for bike week so we didn’t have our normal beach gear! The use / availability of the washing machine and beach chairs were prefect for light packing. We would stay again!!

Great little spot

Loved this place. Two things to be aware of: one, the lock box with the key is all the way at the top of the door, so bring someone tall with you! I got extremely lucky that someone very tall walked by. Second, the coffee maker is a Keurig, so be sure to bring pods rather than filters. The view out the back is very lovely, plus you're in walking distance of the top of the Boardwalk. I would stay here again!
