The house a humble bungalow house located in a quiet and secured residential subdivision. It is a family- managed house perfect for families, remote workers, professionals looking for a homey place with rural vibes without going out of the city

The place has airconditioned rooms, reliable wifi and heated showers. We also have a garden and backyard cared for so you can enjoy relaxing in nature.

We’re not a big hotel, just a cozy guesthouse cared for with love and attention, making guests feel at ease. It’s a place where you can relax, enjoy fresh air, and find comfort in the simple things.

Few things to note:

Parking – One car is allowed per booking

Quiet Hours – The village is very quiet and peaceful. We ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to respect our neighbors’ peace.

Neighborhood Security – For everyone’s safety, we encourage guests to return home by 10 PM, as most nearby establishments close by 9 PM. Deliveries are also encouraged from 7am-10pm.

Guest Registration – All occupants must be registered with the host prior to check-in. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No Parties – Out of respect for our neighbors, parties and events are not allowed. Our home is intended for quiet, comfortable stays.

Pet Policy – Pets are welcome, but please keep them in diapers and be supervised at all times to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.

*We also have a friendly resident puppy that may welcome you. ( subject to puppy's sleep schedule)

Heartwarming and memorable stay

The property was accessible to places you want to go to the metro area. It was a very safe and secure area surrounded by all the amenities of city living, but the thing that made the big difference is the outstanding and wonderful host who was always willing to go the second mile to be of service to my family. I have use VRBO for so many years but I haven’t seen a host who was so hands on and is willing to lend a hand in ever way she can. Providing an excellent car service and very reliable Kuya Bong. The lilttle snacks, the avocado supply from the backyard trees, the PowerPoint of suggested places. the BP check of my mom and random skin care session where just some of the detailed tender living care services that we gratefully enjoyed. Thank you Mary and your family for all the tender loving care you had extended to us. We look forward to seeing you in the future and return the favor in any way. May God richly bless you in so many ways!

Exclusive subdivision with 24/7 security, roving guards and CCTVs around the neighborhood. Streets are wide, well lit and not congested by traffic.

House located in a quiet and secure gated subdivision with lots of trees and relaxing view.
The location is very zen and peaceful. Birds can sing freely, and don't appreciate noise showdown with guests. Thus, it is not the place for get together anticipating disruptive noise
