The free Summit Stage bus stop nearby connects you to Keystone, Breckenridge, and beyond without needing a second car. Downtown Dillon restaurants and shops are a short walk from the door. In the warmer months, the Dillon Marina and the Dillon Amphitheater concert series are both a few minutes away on foot.

PARKING
One free parking space is included on premises. Additional parking is available in nearby Dillon city lots for larger groups.

No pets per HOA policy. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests per Town of Dillon regulations. The guest making the reservation must be 24 or older and staying on premises. Self check-in via keypad.
