You don’t have to sacrifice the perfect vista or location in order to accommodate everyone. Sip your morning coffee or evening wine on the large double-leveled deck, overlooking Seneca Lake. If you want to sleep in and have breakfast in bed, you can enjoy some incredible views of the lake from the bedrooms as well. There is no shortage of nearby activities, but the activities don’t end at our doorstep. Roast marshmallows around our firepit or challenge your friends and family to a foosball, Pacman, or cornhole championship. While our home offers the perfect quiet retreat from a long day touring the nearby vineyards, boating the lake, or hiking the Glen, it is within walking distance to all of the quaint shops and restaurants nestled in the heart of Watkins Glen.

The space

This spacious 5-bedroom 6-bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood near the heart of Watkins Glen. Situated on one of the hills surrounding the lake, it offers one of the best residential views in the area. No need for Grandma and Grandpa to snuggle Willy Wonka style here! With 2 king-sized beds, 3 queen-sized beds, and a twin-size bunk bed, there is ample sleeping room for everyone in your group. This way you can avoid that awkward conversation about who is relegated to sleeping on the couch.

-The Living Room provides a 55” Smart TV surrounded by a large sectional. You’re on vacation, but it doesn’t mean you need to wait another week to find out what happened on your favorite show. Surf through 50+ channels, or login to the streaming platform of your choice. And if you happen to feel a little chilled after a day on the lake, the living room’s space heater not only sets perfect ambiance, but will provide all the heat you could possibly need.

-The Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking/baking essentials. It boasts a new 4-burner electric stove, a new stainless steel dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Need a little pick me up after a late night gathering around the firepit? You’ll find all your caffeinated tea or coffee fixes at the coffee bar, featuring every coffee roast to suit the preferences of everyone in your group. And if you happened to satisfy all your sleep needs, we also offer decaf options for the well rested ;) We’ve also provided all of the kitchen appliance essentials such as a microwave, toaster, and a hand mixer. Have a little one in your group? Your lap doesn’t need to be the booster seat, as we have provided a high chair as well.

Don’t fight over the beds or baths this vacation!
-Bedroom 1/Bath 1: Situated on the main floor, this bedroom provides a comfortable queen-sized bed. Directly across from the bedroom, is the main floor bathroom with a large soaking tub and a freestanding shower.
-Bedroom 2/Bath 2: This partially divided room is immediately found to the left of the stairs on the second floor and provides a bunk bed and a queen-sized bed. We know how difficult it can be to travel with kids, so we’ve ensured this room provides everything a family might need, including a pack and play. The bathroom for this room is located directly down the hall and has a double sink, large clawfoot soaking tub, and freestanding shower.
-Bedroom 3/ Bath 3: Next to bedroom 2, you’ll find an expansive room with a king-sized bed. Watch TV from the comfort of your bed, as this room provides a 42” Smart TV. Enjoy the privacy of your own in-room bathroom which has a freestanding shower. This room also provides a small sitting area, where you can relax and enjoy that book you’ve been waiting to dive into.
-Bedroom 4/ Bath 4: Situated on the second floor, this room features a king-sized bed and an unparalleled view of Seneca Lake. (Okay, the third floor bedroom may rival this view) Wake up to the natural light filtering in through the skylights and the large windows overlooking the lake. If you happen to be able to take your eyes off the view in this room, there is a 42” Smart TV, so you can watch TV from the comfort of your bed. This room provides a private bathroom with a freestanding shower. Sit and take in the view from the small private sitting area overlooking the lake.
-Bedroom 5/ Bath 5: Take a short set of stairs up to the third floor, where you’ll find bedroom three, which has two queen-sized beds and a breathtaking view of the lake. This spacious room features a sitting area adjacent to the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Again, if you can peel your eyes away from the view, this room features a 42” Smart TV.
-Bathroom 6: Located in the basement, this bathroom adjoins the TV room and features a large clawfoot soaking tub and freestanding shower.


*We've also provided all of the necessary amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, cotton balls, and q-tips. So leave those 3.4 oz. containers at home, because you're not going to get stopped by TSA this time.

-Basement includes an entertainment room with a 55” Smart TV and sound bar. The arcade room in the basement features a Pacman arcade and a foosball table, as well as many card and board games your group may enjoy.

Access our complimentary high speed WIFI while you’re away. We know it’s not always feasible to completely unplug while on vacation, so while you still may worry about responding to work emails, you won’t have to worry about internet connectivity or finding a workspace, as we’ve also provided a work desk and chair.

While you may be in New York, it's not New York City parking. Everyone in your group will have room to park, as the driveway to the rear of the house accommodates three cars, while additional street parking is available directly in front of the house.
