First floor, waterfront! Steps to the pool and beach access!

One bedroom / one bath condo. Waterfront. Sleeps four. Queen bed in bedroom with attached bathroom, and two bunk beds recessed in the hallway. The bunks are more narrow than a twin and are perfect for small children. They are not large enough to be comfortable for adults. Fully furnished kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, regular drip coffee maker / filters provided (coffee not provided), pots, pans, microwave, etc.

Cable TV in the living room and internet is provided.

Enjoy the pool and kiddie pool, tennis courts, pickleball court and beach!.

Beautiful view of the Savannah River bay from the balcony where you can watch the container ships and shrimp boats go by and the dolphins play! Steps to the beach are close by. Stay here and you will agree that "Heaven's A Little Closer!".

Quick getaway for visitation with family and this quaint little unit made everything a little more bearable. Any issue we had was resolved quickly although our issues were very minimal. We were given very derailed and accurate information. Beach was immediately on the other side of the balcony. Definitely already looking for another resin to go back and hopefully this resort will have a unit like A little closer to heaven available.

Great Location!

The location was great. The drive into Savannah was short and easy. The area was pretty quiet being off season, but it was perfect for what we wanted.

Beautiful view

This is a quiet and comfortable place with a beautiful view. It is only steps away from the pool and is in a lovely neighborhood for walking, both on the beach and in the town.

Perfect spot. Just a short walk to ocean and pool. Room needs a deep clean, but nice. Kind of small. Bring extra toiletries, paper towels, and frying pan, kitchen things you need. Unit is limited as far as cooking utensils. Very small oven/ stove if you cook. Close to all my favorite restaurants. It is neat watching cargo ships and dolphins. Overall I definitely would stay again.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary in this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings and decor were "beachy" and relaxing. Just what we needed. Everything we needed was provided as described. We had no issues or needs which required us to contact the hosts however we did have several communications prior to, during, and after our stay all of which were very helpful and pleasant. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants. We spent a good bit of time on the balcony with views of the water, dolphins, and a variety of birds. The pool and area surrounding was kept clean and orderly by staff. All staff we encountered while staying at this property at Savannah Beach and Raquetball Club were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Again, I can't say enough good things about the Hosts and Housekeeping Staff at this property, B113. We do plan to return.

Good place to stay with a small family. Short walk to the beach that is not crowded at all and the pool is just right outside the door very clean

Overdue get away

The space was just enough for my husband and I, loved how close it was to the beach and pool. Happy that I brought our binoculars since the unit didn’t supply them. We also left a beach umbrella behind for the next guest. The beach chairs definitely need to be thrown out and purchase new ones if supplied by owner. Wonderful experience watching the shrimp boats, dolphins and birds.

Perfect vacation stay

Great convenience to pool and beach. L9ved the location on Tybee. If you want a quiet, relaxing, peaceful vacation, this is it. Have zero complaints.

Bed was hard to get in and out of but once in and situated slept thru night. Didn’t care for how the shower curtain would keep blowing in on me whether the door was open or closed. Easy access to the beach and pool. Did enjoy my stay.

Peaceful and positive stay!

The view was wonderful, the resort is located on a quiet, pretty stretch of beach that is a very short drive into the center of everything on Tybee. The unit was clean and, comfortable with everything we needed for a four-day getaway! Thank you for asking :)

Water Views

The best part of this cute little place was the balcony and the water views! We saw shrimp boats, dolphins, and big container ships. Loved coming back to this place after exploring Savanah and the rest of the island. It was just right for two of us!

Perfect place

The condo was exactly as described. Beautiful accommodations right by the water. Very easy access on the first floor with an amazing views. Close to everything. Wonderful experience.

Week at Tybee

Bed was terrible..had foam top. Rolled to middle. Room was a little rough....hard to walk around bed without hurting yourself. Outside was good as was location. Beach nice. Checkin smooth. Tv too small to watch from couch. Overall. Pretty dated. Xfinity and internet good.

Location is key to a successful vacation. This little condo was perfect. Easy access to unit and the beach. The views from porch were fantastic. Would only recommend no more than 2 adults, as it could be a tight fit. Close to eateries and downtown pier. Wish it had a tv in the bedroom. All other amenities were fine.

Tybee Island Relaxation

Property is waterfront, and adjacent to the pool. View of the bay is amazing. Unit was clean and host was responsive. That is really all we cared about on this trip. Appliances and décor are a bit dated, but didn't mind, as we ate out every night. Tons of great food on the island! Check in is at 4, so don't expect to come early, but listing is pretty clear about that. Overall, this was an amazing property and we will definitely be back to the island.

Great Unit

Best unit in the complex. Corner unit overlooking the pool with very few stairs. The walk to the beach is very easy but being on the Savannah River we did not get in the water. Although not advertised, the unit includes 3 Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. The unit was perfect for us.
