Every room has a Smart TV available for you to log in to your Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/HBO Max accounts.

The driveway can accommodate 2 cars. You are walking distance to the club house which includes a pool, water park and on-site restaurant.

You are free to use the entire home except for the owner's closet located in the first floor master suite. (the door has a digital keypad on it) adjacent to the walk in closet

To book this home, you must be 25 years of age or older.

After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.

Guests are limited to 4 cars and that is the max limit of parking passes allowed per reservation in the community.

POOL/SPA HEATING IS OPTIONAL AND IS $30 PER DAY plus tax. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before your arrival. If you request pool heat after you have arrived, please note that it takes a full day to get to temperature and there is an additional $40 call out to come to the home and switch the pool heat on.

POOL is heated to 87F and SPA is heated to 103F.

Absolutely NO PARTIES are allowed in this home. We are sharing our family home with you. Please respect it. Violation of our "no party" rule will result in immediate eviction. There are cameras on the front and side of the home to enforce this policy. Violations are immediately turned over to the local sheriff and AirBnB.

No Pets allowed.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside home or on the back patio. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front.
