This fully furnished spacious property offers a two-minute walk to the beach. There is a large grassy area with enough space to potentially play Volleyball, Badminton, or a playground for kids. The lot is 11,300 sq. ft. The property is located 30 minutes away from the main airport. There is a world-class golf facility nearby at the Ritz-Carlton Reserve and easy access to the main attractions of the island.

- Guest Fee: After 15 guests, $25 per person, per night.
- This large house, located in a prime tourist area, can comfortably host fifteen (15) people in four (4) separated rooms with twelve (12) beds.
-The property is divided in 4 apartments, but the lot is big enough for all guest.
- Free 500 Mbps Wi-Fi.
- Recognized restaurants (Chili’s, Sizzler, and Applebee’s) are nearby the property.
- Sabanera Health, a state-of-the-art hospital nearby the property, can provide necessary medical care in an emergency.

KITCHEN: fully stocked kitchen with all the required appliances and features: Coffee machine & tee, toaster, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.

Amazing hospitality

We stayed for a week in the beginning of May and was lucky enough to meet the host family. They were great! Everyone was friendly and gave great tips and places to visit. All the rooms were clean and there are plenty of towels to shower and go to the beach. There are many places to eat nearby and a restaurant/bar a 2 min walk where you can play pool with the kids. We had a small problem during the visit and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue and communicated well. If we visit PR again we would 100% stay here again.

Excellent location

Perfect for our group of 8. Kid friendly, perfect location next to the beach and close to restaurants and night life. Great for families or groups.

Pleasant stay

It was cool working with Gio. I was worried first because I looked up the address for his location and it wasn’t there. The GPS is inaccurate which Gio explained. The property was where Gio explained. Great communications with Gio and I would do it again for a longer stay.

Staying with little kids.

We stayed at this property with 4 adults, 2 teens, 5 toddlers, and 2 infants. The house is basic, but great for kids. Four separate bedrooms. Plenty of ACs that do a great job cooling the house down. Bedroom windows have shutters that make them all pitch back! Perfection. Baby gate at the staircase. Balconies completely enclosed. Washer and dryer. Backyard completely fenced in! Water hose outside. A great gazebo that seems to always have a breeze passing through. We ate most meals under it as it protects from the sun and occasional rain. This street ends at the beach. It’s a straight walk. With kids it’s prob a 6 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants right there serving empanadas! Great beach snack. Beach is perfect for kids. No rocks, soft sands, no huge waves. Trees that provide shade! Cons - the water halter in one of the bathrooms didn’t work. It was fixed the on the last day of our week stay. Seems to be a reoccurring problem based on other reviews. So check your water temp in both showers as soon as you get in and alert the host. (Sinks don’t have hot water, but I think that’s common in PR.)There is a restaurant a street over that plays loud music in the evenings. Bring white noise with you if you are sensitive.

Nice stay, good value, lots to improve

We had a fine time staying 3 nights with our family and my in-laws. Some things were difficult, like one bathroom is very small, there is no oven, air fryer or dishwasher, and everything is pretty old. We were also farther from the beach than is described in the listing, and staying in the top floor of a house that is shared with others on the bottom floor. But the location worked out well, we were very close to El Lomo Viejo, a great bar/restaurant that had excellent live music on Friday night that we heard from the property, then we went to the bar. We had plenty of beds, and we met the owner's mom, she was very nice and helped us enjoy the property. The price was good, it was a good value, and we enjoyed our stay.
