Great location

We enjoyed the beaches near by close to main Rt. 2 great restaurants nearby only negative thing that happened was the water main pipe in the area broke so we were with out water for two days then the lights were out for two days also it wasn't the owner fault it was the whole area that that happened

Family time

Close to beach. Close to major roads but far enough way to not be bothered. Parking was perfect. Oven not usable. Entertainment options great for everyone. Could have benefitted from washer & dryer. Very convenient snd family friendly. Neighborhood was friendly.

Short walk to the beach

Over our entire stay the owner/property manager Elizabeth was very good at communicating. We were out of propane and she had someone there as soon as it worked with our schedule. The person who came to change everything was Benjamin- he was sweet and very respectful also gave us so many recommendations of what to do with little ones and where to stay clear of during night hours. The beach is literally just a four minute walk from the house- you exit the gate to the left, at the alley way make a left and straight to the beach. If looking for a great dine try Bocaito it’s a 10 minute drive from the house open from 11-8 great food and coco mojitos. Overall, great property, and privacy. So keep in mind the accommodations are three separate apartments #3 has two rooms with two double beds in each and 1 room with one double bed. Apt.1 had one king and futon. Apt 2. King bed and futon. All rooms are equipped with A/C units but none in the living rooms- but you don’t need them to be honest. All apartments are equipped with fridge, stove, cooking equipment limited but enough I cook meals and also equipped with dishes and utensils.

Great large home near beautiful beach

Nice, large home, with three apartments. The place was very nice, close to the beach and provided an excellent weekend getaway for our family of nearly twenty people.

Only missing a washer and dryer, with so many beaches near by, is a most to include a pair in the property

Puerto Rico Family Vacation

Overall good location and nice property. Good hot water, near the beach, and air conditioning in the rooms. Would have liked it if air conditioning was in the living rooms and the ovens worked. Overall was a good experience.

We love our island and want to share with others our beach house. Our beach house is located in a Vega Baja. Close to the most beautiful beaches.

We picked this property because it's close to beautiful beaches and has the most beautiful sunsets you can enjoy. Doesn't matter if it's a Monday or a weekend it always feels like a vacation. It's comfy, windy and bright! Big enough for our crowd.

Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. 7 minutes drive to the beautiful beach of Mar Chiquita. We walked to the beach and enjoy the water, the music of local restaurants and great food.
