Great private spot with outstanding views 180 degrees around! Swim from the L-shaped dock or small swimming area. Row boat. Peace and quiet. Adorable cottage with wonderful, large screen room looking out to the water and fantastic views beyond. Have the perfect Winnipesaukee cottage experience here. Cable t.v. Dock for up to a 21' boat (owner keeps his boat on one side of the dock). Absolutely no outside fires permitted. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.

great time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, the house was clean and nice, the enclosed porch was great for meals, and the outside porch was great for relaxing. The beds are ok, nice and clean but could use a mattress upgrade, but fine for kids. The dock was great for the rental boat, swimming, and fishing.
