Much needed getaway

I originally booked this for 8 people. Turned out to be only 2 of us. The whole place was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the location of the property and everything was so clean and nice. The only thing missing was an ice maker

Beautiful property. Close to everything that we needed to do. Great communication with owner when the air went out. Immediately provide fans to help make us comfortable.

Summer Breakaway

Property is in excellent shape. Small problem with refrigerator/freezer and service was very fast. Property location is good for getting to pool area and beach. Kitchen is well supplied with small items that are always needed. As had others, we left behind what we did buy as a way to pass it on. Shannon was quick to respond to messages and very pleasant on the phone. We look forward to booking this same condo again.

Breathtaking

This condo is hands down AMAZING!!! We were in awe of the three king-size bedrooms, and loved the fact each bedroom had an adjacent bathroom. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and again, was so large and spacious. Our family loved relaxing in the living room and watching the March Madness games on the huge TV. This unit also included a wagon, beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards, such a positive for us traveling with kids. We all LOVED this beautiful condo, the pristine grounds, pool, and beachfront.

The overall VRBO listing was very vague, but we booked anyway! Bad move on our part. When we reached out to the host for some clarity, it took several days for a reply. The host finally responded as we were already getting on the road so we did not have the opportunity to adjust our plan. Upon arrival, we still had not heard from the host about arrival instructions. We reached out and had to wait several hours for a response. We received a message saying. "I forgot to get your instructions...". After getting settled, we realized the listed amenities were very misleading. One...No view of the Gulf! Second, it listed kitchen and bathroom paper products as provided, but they were not. So we had to go back to the store. It also listed beach chairs as available to use. There were beach chairs available but they were extremely old and rusted and our clothes ended up with rust stains. The condo also came with a parking spot in the garage, but upon entering the garage a couple times throughout the week, another vehicle was in that reserved spot. The vehicle had a tag that was exactly the same as the one provided to us for our car (same spot number). So we had to find a spot in the general lot a couple times. I also had to fix the shower curtain rod in one of the bathrooms. No biggie but just another inconvenience. We had members of our family rent another condo on site and they received an ocean view and had beach service every day. They paid way less than we did.
