WATERFRONT WITH AWESOME SUNSETS! Come enjoy All OC has to offer. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Absolutely stunning sunsets from private covered balcony. Private community picnic area. Over 12 bars/restaurants within walking distance, including Fish Tales. Jolly Roger/Waterpark/ Speed World just 3 blocks north.

Park your car off the street and walk, ride your bike or the Beach Bus to everything. Condo has everything you need including newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom and brand new HVAC. Fish or crab from our dock, get a charter or rent a pontoon, skiff or kayak. Bring your SUP and slide into the bay from our pier. Plenty of clams to be had in the shallows just off the dock. You won’t find a more convenient location. Condo is on a dead end street so no traffic.

POOL with Bar/Grill 5 minute walk!
There is a 7/11 about a block away and the famous OC Minit Market with great fried chicken and subs as well as groceries on 32nd street, you can get beer and wine at both. Anthony’s Liquor and Deli is on 33rd. Happy Jacks Pancake House is at the end of the block, best breakfast restaurant in OC, as well as a Dunkin. Everything you want in a beach vacation is right here!

Wonderful all around

This condo was in the prefect location for everything we wanted to do during our stay! It was clean, comfortable, and the balcony was so peaceful and relaxing! We would definitely stay here again

Ocean City Marina Condo

The marina condo was perfect for our long weekend stay. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the balcony overlooking the bay. The newly renovated condo had a large shower and all the amenities needed for the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Place!!

Stunning views of the Bay from the open balcony where we enjoyed coffee each morning. This lovely condo is beautifully upgraded and furnished! A great location, too! Loved every mi ute!

The View

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views of the bay, close to the O.C beach(we head over to Assateague, and the drive was still only 15min or so). Low traffic area on a bayside street was nice as well.

Great condo

Our stay was incredible.Very clean, with all of the amenities of home.The balcony was a nice addition. Place was close to the beach as well as many places to go visit. The owner recommended places to go and things to do. Overall, wonderful last minute vacation. If given the opportunity in future would probably chose to stay again.

Great week, great location.

The location first and foremost was perfect for my son and I. We like to bike ride most everywhere and this is a great central location for us. The actual condo is at a dead end on the bay where you both get beatiful bay views and the best sunset views. It is also a nice quiet spot at night. My only gripe is the actual condo owners there who are a bit snotty. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet on the inside and outside!

Great stay in Ocean City

From check in to check out, the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. The condo was perfect for our family of three (including a toddler) stocked with just about everything we needed or forgot at home. Our sons favorite was the toys/books to use which was a nice surprise ! The location simply cannot be beat- you have the best of both worlds being right on the bay to watch the boats and walking distance to the boardwalk. We cannot wait to return next year !

Perfect!!

From start to finish our stay was amazing. We didn't want or need for anything and all the extras were more then greatly appreciated. Location was key especially with two 13 year old girls and we didn't have to move the car once. The boardwalk, restaurants, stores and amusements were all within blocks. We will for sure be back again!!!

Bayside Dream!

My boyfriend and I needed some time away at the beach for a few days but wanted something lowkey and quiet. We never stayed bayside and wanted to feel something different. Jim and Becky truly outdid themselves with this condo. It was so cozy, had everything you need from a full case of water, towels, snacks, you name it! The view was unreal. We will absolutely be back to this spot specifically again! It was just such a great time! HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful view of the Bay

Jim and Becky were very quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us great suggestions for places to eat and activities. I loved all the beach themed decor in the unit and the extra touches that made it much more homey than a hotel. There was a welcome basket stocked with a variety of savory and sweet snacks and the fridge was stocked with some water bottles to start us out . There was also a great selection of coffee pods and creamer . The view from the balcony was amazing! I’d recommend this unit to others for a cute beach stay .

Great weekend getaway

My husband and I were looking for a quick weekend get away for our anniversary. This was the perfect place. We were so relaxed. The apartment is so efficient. We were able to walk to breakfast and make dinner in the apartment. The best part was having our coffee on the deck and watching the boats go out in the morning. And in the evening, the sunset is the best! It's located two blocks from the end of the boardwalk and we walked to the beach. The owners are great communicators and were ready to answer any questions. Absolutely LOVED it.

Great location

Was nicer than the pictures. Pleasantly surprised. Great central location. We barely had to use our vehicle. Walk 2 blocks to the beach and you can also get the Tram on 28th street and ride all the way down to the other end of the boardwalk. So convenient. Everything was supplied at the condo which was so nice. Balcony view was great. The only negative is that there's not a lot of storage for clothes so you kind of have to live out of your suitcase. I think more than 2 people there would be very tight. Overall a great place!!

Perfect location, perfect property

My daughter had a dance competition the week we stayed. It was only the two of us and we truly had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The size of the condo was perfect for the two of us. The condo was extremely clean and provided all of the necessities for our stay. The location was central to everything in Ocean City, with just a few minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. However, being on the bayside and at the end of a dead end road provided the quiet we needed at night to relax. The view of the bay from the balcony is absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. The owners have chosen the perfect storage and space solutions for a small space. Everything we needed was there, but uniquely stored to keep things neat and easily accessible. The owners did a wonderful job decorating their space, choosing unique pieces that were beautiful and interesting, giving the unit a quaint and cozy feel. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great Location and Accommodating Owners

Our number one priority when picking a spot for our trip was getting a good location without breaking the bank. Most places with a view of the ocean were a bit too pricy but this place was a perfect compromise sitting on the other side of the road with a great view of the bay. Just a 5 minute walk from the beach and close distance to plenty of stuff to do (several mini golf places, bars and restaurants, a public pool, an amusement park) meant this checked all our boxes. Property itself was pretty nice, third floor studio with a parking spot included and a nice balcony. Kitchen was a bit small but wasn't a problem since we weren't doing a ton of cooking, although I think it would've been fine if we were. Lastly, we asked for an extended check out on Sunday with about 24 hours notice because it was going to rain all day Saturday and we wanted to make up a little extra beach time Sunday morning. The owners moved our checkout time from 10am to 1pm with no hassle allowing us to extend our stay a bit. The only reason I hesitate to give 5 stars is I don't want the place to be too popular and harder to book in the future. We will very likely look to stay here again if we return to Ocean city.

Great Location

Everything was great except for the bed - they need a new one. We stayed three nights, but I had to sleep on the couch on the second and third nights due to back pain (I don't usually suffer from back pain). Other than that, I highly recommend this VRBO.

We bought the condo in 2017. There is always something happening in OCMD. Enjoy the activity in season and the the quiet in the off season. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sunsets brings peace and a chance to talk about life.
Sharing our slice of heaven with others brings us joy.

Good friends of ours found and bought one of the condos and when another came up for sale, they couldn’t wait to tell us about it hoping we would buy one also. We did.
