Only one short mile from the famous five points of East Nashville, and a short Uber ride from downtown Nashville, this beautiful home is truly in the middle of the action! (Yet, on a quiet street) Come kick back, see the sights and enjoy a comfy home that is walking distance to many of the great restaurants and shops nestled in East Nashville!

The Space:
A home filled with charm that is walking distance to many of the great shops and restaurants in East Nashville.

In hopes to be completely transparent, please be aware that this isn’t a completely renovated home. It is very clean, cozy, and a great value for the area; but if you are looking for a brand new, or completely renovated home this may not be the most suitable home base for your Nashville adventures.

Having said that, we do hope to host you and provide you with a 5-star experience here in Nashville! :)

Guest Access:
Entire home, including washer and dryer! A great backyard as well with a covered area perfect for relaxing in the shade

The Neighborhood:
In the heart of beautiful and family oriented East Nashville! One mile from five points, which has several restaurants and boutiques perfect for a day out and about! A short Uber ride (about 3 miles) from broadway and the rest of downtown Nashville as well!

Getting Around:
Parking available in front of the house, as well as a drive way!

Interaction with Guests:
You will have the entire space to yourself, but I will be only a few miles away available to help with any questions or concerns you may have!
