Gorgeous View

Host responds quickly and accommodated early check in. The condo represented a grill it was electric did not work. Filthy condo and have pictures of proof. Black mold in both bathrooms again have pictures. Blood stains on master bedroom drapes. Main air return awful with dust again have pictures. Host did not respond when sent pictures and explanation after our stay. Did search for different condo but was not cost effective. Did not reach out to host when we were there did not want to have to waste time sitting there if he would have sent a cleaner. It would take all day and then some. Urine on toilet and floor. Again great views. We have spent money now do to severe allergies from the dust and filth.and sluder did nit open was broken..

Spring break

The weather wasn’t the greatest but this condo supplied everything we needed to still enjoy ourselves. The view was absolutely breathtaking!

Family Vacation

We like the location of this condo. It’s spacious, the pool is great, and the permanent residents living there are so friendly. I had to clean the refrigerator prior to putting food in it and there was a sticky spill on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The outdoor grill didn’t work along with the electrical plug on the patio. There is a nice patio table where we enjoy having our meals.

Beach Vacation 2023

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. The condo is very roomy has a spacious balcony with a great view. Access to the beach is just a short walk across the street.

Beautiful view, short walk to the beach

This is a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. The manager needs to do the following. 1. Unplug the tub in the main bathroom so that it drains properly. 2. Get a different cleaning crew as we found human hair in two beds. They also need to clean between the box spring and the wall. We went and purchased new sheets and pillow cases as we did not believe the linen was clean. The place is very nice, but you also expect it to be clean and the drains work. We would go back, we hope the manager will take action on these two items. Thank you. Mike

Visiting Pensacola Beach for 35 years we have stayed in many condos. This was our first time staying in the Santa Rosa Towers and it did not disappoint. The view was wonderful. Our condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items to make cooking easy. Board games, puzzles, beach chairs and a couple of bikes were available. Nothing can beat the scenery and view from the balcony. The property manager was very easy to contact and was quick to respond. This was a great stay!!! Thank You!!!

Family Vacation

The condo was exactly as pictured online. Derrick was quick to respond to any questions I had. Residents who live there full time were very friendly! The pool was a nice respite on the days the gulf was too rough. We would stay here again!!

Amazing view

When you walk in all u see is ocean. After 1st night we did notice some small things, one TV didn't have a remote so u couldn't adjust the sound and it had lines on top of the screen. Paint chipping off cabinets. But overall this place was great. We all had a great time here.

Beach Bum Vacation 2022

The condo was very nice and spacious and had a large balcony with an unobstructed gulf view. The condo was just a short walk to the beach. We hope to stay here again. Derrick was always quick to respond with any questions.

Condition of unit

The location and stay was excellent, however, the unit is in very bad condition. Some of the drawers in the kitchen and bathroom have peeling laminate. Both shower curtain liners are moldy and very old. The bathroom towels and rugs are extremely old and some had stains. My wife had to clean the stovetop as it looked like it had not been cleaned. In the laundry room, the trim around the door is gone and has exposed wood, etc. We have pictures of all these issues if you would like to see. In addition, we have stayed in many units over the years in this building and this was one of the poorest. I understand if it's a rental property, but it needs updating.
