Description* This cozy 3-bedroom cottage accommodates up to six guests and is newly renovated with central a/c, located a short bike ride from Huntington Beach Pier and Main Street.

Features: Enjoy a home theater, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, outdoor dining by the fire pit, and one parking space behind the garage.

This place was the best rental property at Newport Beach that I have stayed at over the years. Everything was just perfect from the moment I arrived until the moment we left. Look forward to coming back again and hopefully for a much longer stay.

Fun Beach Getaway

Perfect spot for a ladies weekend

We stayed here with a group of ladies from college and had a great time. The location right by the beach was incredible and the property was spotless, with all of the details thought of ahead of time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Cottage. The location was perfect, not in the overly crowded area near the pier, but still close enough to walk there. Plus, the beach is literally just steps away. We'll definitely be coming back in the future!

Fabulous place. Wonderful time for our sisters’ celebration. Surprisingly quiet, given the beach location in summertime. Well thought out, air conditioning, a plus. Though we did not need it. One of my sisters already recommended to a friend. Shout out to Rich for the most personalized and energetic welcome I’ve ever received! Nicely upgraded primary shower; spotless and neat.

Fantastic location

We loved our stay at the Coastal Cottage. The location was convenient being sso close to the beach. We loved the big screen movie projector to wind down after a busy day. Fantastic rental.

Really nice place to stay. One block off of the beach. Great patio, availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and awesome patio. Little funky layout in the living room, but not a huge issue. The AC doesn't cool down, never got below 71 degrees and it was warm outside. All in all, terrific value, excellent host, and the weather was fantastic! Will definitely come back :)

Beautiful property, incredible location, fabulous host!

We have been to Newport before- this is by far the best property we’ve stayed in! Clean, wonderful hosts- very helpful! Spacious rooms and bathrooms, wonderful kitchen, favorite room was the giant family room! Loved the porch, fireplace! Hope to make this trip a tradition!

Great place by the beach

Really nice little spot if you’re looking close to the beach. Great location. Nice big patio and huge projector screen in living room which was fun to watch football. Very comfortable. Even stayed an extra night.

Annual Autumn Beach Getaway

This is the nicest property we have rented in Newport Beach in all the years we have done this annual vacation to visit my aunt. The beach is so close that my aunt could walk to it easily. Rich is so funny and nice when you get the.checkin tour. Everything is explained in detail. Wonderful vacation place.
