Great Visit!

The rental was near our relatives in a quiet community. Neighbors were friendly. The size was perfect for me and my brother while we were in for a funeral (Arlington National). All the comforts of home! I'll definitely look to stay here again.

Bay stay

This was a nice place to stay. We had a quick get away and we were only here to sleep and shower. We appreciate the cleanliness and the view from the house! The listing was exactly what the place looked like. Thanks for having us.

The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean.

Fantastic alternative to Annapolis

Great property, needs some TLC in areas to really make this be an amazing property...overall it's very clean, soft beds and has a fantastic 2 min walk to the bay for coffee or a beer/ wine...quiet neighborhood, easy access...I think the owner is really miss out on the opportunity to make this home a must rent ..back yard needs some love, lights, fire pit, corn hole etc...overall, great stay, compared to DTA this is excellent

Xmas with the Grands

It is a perfect little loft for 2 people. Location was our driving force and it fit the bill. However we could not get the door to lock and curtains would be appreciated. We would return.

Inaccurate listing and not nice

Bed is full-size NOT QUEEN! Floor was sticky. Place smelled like urine. We were supposed to be there for 3 nights. We only stayed one. Ended up in a hotel.

Comfortable & convenient

Very clean and comfortable upstairs unit with private entrance, fine for one or 2. Comfy bed, weak wifi, and the very Basic Roku tv offerings seemed lacking for normal streaming options of basic pro sports and traditional news outlets. While the interior was very neat and clean and quite adequate, the overall curb appeal of the attached house and yard didn’t compare favorably or match the pictures and show neglect; a dangerous broken/missing stair step, weathered, deck, worn out storm door, and faded paint are indicative of needed TLC, and were disappointing for the price. Once inside, it was a much better impression. The shower water had a strong sulfuric odor, but seems likely it was well water or at least a common phenomenon for the area, but unappealing nonetheless. In spite of these issues, the unit itself served its purpose well, was neat and clean, comfortable, and convenient to the area - where other options are very limited and significantly more expensive. Overall grade of C, but no problems with check in and communications which was appreciated.

Quiet singles get away

Very nicely done; very clean; I would stay again. Drawbacks: no community beach as was suggested, it's more of a waterfront park; 2 guests but only towels for 1 but we found an odd towel under the sink. I would suggest maybe a microwave, some type of sheer curtains in large bay window in lvrm; a warning sign on walk thru door just to the right of the bthrm as my mom almost fell into and down the stairs; a queen bed would better fit 2 guests. Very peaceful neighborhood, lovely to walk through.

Charming loft in view of Chesapeake Bay

The property is very close to the Bay, and well maintained. The loft was clean and charming. It was clear that the owners took great care to ensure the comfort of their guests. Great communication, easy check in/check out, and excellent hospitality. I will definitely be back!

This is a cute little place to stay near the water. The loft was neat and clean. The neighborhood had nice water amenities that were accessible by foot. Plenty to do without having to go too far. Great for a get away from the rat race. We will consider it again.
