Annapolis Beachfront w/Bay Bridge view - Wake up to a beautiful view of the sunrise over the Chesapeake Bay. Go to sleep with the bright moonlight over the water. View of the water and Bay bridge from the kitchen, dining and living room. Deck over-looking sandy beach area. Swimming or wading in 2-4ft water for approx. 50 yards. Close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Home accommodates 4 cars. 7 steps to enter home. One level living area. Kitchen, dining, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Interior with hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen with granite island countertops with built-in cooktop/oven. Marbled bathroom floors. Quiet safe neighborhood for walking, biking, jogging. Children friendly -- sandy beach in front of home, or a short walk to gated beach area with swimming, playground, gazebo and pier for fishing. Community boat ramp for launching boats and jet-skis. Four miles to downtown Annapolis historical district, museums, nightlife, shopping, restaurants, Naval Academy, State Capitol, Senate and House buildings and much much more! Paddle boards, and rafts on the premise available with the exception of jets skis are available for use. Summer months allow for a private day at the beach without leaving the premise. You will have the pleasure of enjoying a private beachfront area to relax, listen to the waves, tan, take a swim, lounge on a floatable, or just enjoying the view of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Winters months are just as beautiful.

Be courteous to our neighbors, avoid walking on their piers, lawn or beach area. Remove water toys from beach to avoid floating or blowing away.

No hot pots, pans, plates on granite countertops, potholders in drawer next to stovetop. Keep food off surfaces and floors to avoid ants.

This is a great spot. The amenities are exactly as advertised. If you love the soothing sound of waves hitting the shore then this is the place to stay. The host is wonderful and very responsive. We will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Well kept up house, great new appliances, super comfortable beds, 4 big screen wall-mounted TVs (all 3 bedrooms and living room), all cupboards, drawers, and wall switches labeled, lovely new matched dishes, glasses, and silverware. So beautiful, right on the water. We had a treat when the Supermoon came up and reflected on the water. We stayed 2 months and host was very responsive to any (few) issues. Such a wonderful experience!

Pretty view and convenient!

Beautiful view of the water. Perfect place for my partner and 6yo to stay while visiting family. Cozy and unpretentious. Had books and games for kids and kitchen condiments galore!

Cozy Indeed

Our family came for a visit to the Naval Academy. House was clean and in a good location. The bedrooms are pretty small, so it was a little tight for the six of us, but it was comfortable enough. Nice view of the sunrise from the porch.

Easter weekend visit with children in college

We wanted to celebrate Easter with our two daughters who go to Loyola in Baltimore so we decided to stay in Annapolis area. We absolutely loved the house. The location and view was amazing- right on the Chesapeake bay! The house was clean and welcoming. There were so many nice little touches that made us feel welcomed. We had a great weekend celebrating Easter with our two daughters and son. The house was the perfect size for the 5 of us.

Lovely time

Lovely residence, fully stocked with necessities. LOVED the labeling of drawer contents! Thought we spotted a Keurig on the counter in pictures, so brought extra varieties of K-cups in addition to those provided. Great WiFi access and speed. Agree with prior review that residence felt a little tight with 5 adults but totally manageable. Weather was very hot, but air conditioning kept us comfortable. Enjoyed paddle board, watching ships in the Bay.

well prepped property

We appreciated the well-stocked house (condiments, beach towels, phone cords, etc); the owners truly thought of everything you might have forgotten! We had 2 teenage girls with us and they enjoyed the paddle boards and the raft in the water; those items are difficult to pack on vacation so we appreciated that they were provided. Owners made it very easy to feel at home during our stay. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Incredibly thoughtful owners

We had an amazing time! The check-in process was flawless. Communication with the owners very easy and quick. The location was amazing The house was very clean. Everything was accounted for towels and snacks and drinks and games. They even used the paddle boards. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked and grilled, and we had a fire. It was very clear that the owners are very thoughtful and provided anything anyone would need and just made life easy. Thank you so much. Parents Weekend

Location was nice and convenient to grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. Rocco’s pizza is a must! Interior of home is very cozy. Couch is very lived in and could use replacing. Mattresses are very comfortable! Carpets in bedrooms are stained, but looked clean. Water pressure in bathrooms isn’t the best. Cooler on deck could have used cleaning . Still had old warm beer from previous guests in it. Bikes are old and rusty. Canoe and kayak were very dirty. Did not use. Kitchen is well stocked, but no cookie sheets. It worked for our weekend and was overall pleased.

Children friendly; Gated community beach area with playground, kayaks, gazebo and pier for fishing; Community Boat ramp for launching boat and jet-ski and much more! 10 minute best - 20 minute worst Traffic to Naval Academy. Summers months allows for a day at the beach without leaving the premise. You will have the pleasure of enjoying a private beachfront area to relax, listen to the waves, tan, take a swim, lounge on a floatable, or just enjoying the view of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Winters months are just as beautiful.
