Relax or work in a quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants, shopping, and colleges in our stylish townhouse! Nestled in a quiet and safe community, you would never know your only minutes away from all the action; 9 to RTP, 15 to UNC, 20 to Duke, and 16 to RDU airport.


*Please note- we are requiring a minimum of 4 night stay over Christmas.

The place both times we’ve stayed is always so clean and welcoming. Love the location of it for our Carolina Basketball game we come and see once a year from Kentucky!

Hollyhock was in a very convenient and quiet location with easy access to Durham and I-40. Check-in went smoothly. The kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

We enjoyed staying at this cozy house for a week-long visit with our daughter in Durham. The floor plan is nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and the beds are comfortable. We would stay here again.

Nice little cozy place to stay

Cozy little place for my family and I to stay in while in North Carolina. We traveled from Kentucky to watch the Tarheels play basketball. Clean place easy to communicate with.

Visit to daughter at UNC

What a cute and well put together home! We enjoyed how the originality of the home showed through with well appointed decor. It was cozy and had everything we needed plus more. It was great to have access to a BBQ and patio! The beds were very comfortable as well.
