Relax or work in a quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants, shopping, and colleges in our stylish townhouse! Nestled in a quiet and safe community, you would never know your only minutes away from all the action; 9 to RTP, 15 to UNC, 20 to Duke, and 16 to RDU airport.


*Please note- we are requiring a minimum of 4 night stay over Christmas.

We LOVED our stay at the Hollyhock home. The home was exactly as we expected and even better than expected. The home was clean and well maintained, a perfect home away from home. We got to enjoy wildlife from the backyard and enjoyed the company from some neighborhood cats. The neighbors were all very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if we return to the area.

This was a pleasant clean home in a nice neighborhood in Durham. We have family in the area and stayed here while visiting them. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Showers were great (I love a good hot shower). We spent most of our time at our son's house during the days we were there and it was raining, so we didn't use the outdoor space, but it looked very nice.

The place both times we’ve stayed is always so clean and welcoming. Love the location of it for our Carolina Basketball game we come and see once a year from Kentucky!

Hollyhock was in a very convenient and quiet location with easy access to Durham and I-40. Check-in went smoothly. The kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

We enjoyed staying at this cozy house for a week-long visit with our daughter in Durham. The floor plan is nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and the beds are comfortable. We would stay here again.
