We are a small family living in the house attached to the room. This is our home. I live with my wife, and we have two small kids ( sometimes you hear their noise, sorry for that). We cook Indian food and you may smell the spices.

The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by green hills, forest and many upcoming houses/new builds. You may find cows and sheep in the mountains on the way to our home. The winter mornings are good, with fog covering the valley, and we feel like floating on them. It is very near to the city via motorway and has wide roads. It is a fully residential area and has a supermarket in 800m. The nearest shopping area, pubs, and restaurants are in the neighbouring suburb ( 2kms away). The nearest bus stop is 300m away down the hill.

The property is a newly built house with good insulation and a modern bathroom. The room and the bathroom are very spacious and well-presented. The room faces the valley and the mountains, and the guest will wake up to beautiful pleasant mornings. The expansive glass sliding doors are covered with long thick curtains and a sheer. The door opens to the beautiful view of the valley. There is a walk-in wardrobe that accommodates electrical appliances and tea /coffee. The room has thick carpet flooring providing warmth to the feet. The spacious shower has a hand and rain head shower with a 24*7 high-pressure hot water facility. It has a modern toilet with an in-wall water tank. Toiletries and towel sets are available to the guest. The cushiony bed, fresh white sheets, pillows and Duvets will give the guest a relaxing sleep. The unlimited high-speed free wifi and a working table are helpful for the guest to work from the room. The 51" wide TV with Netflix will be helpful to relax and watch the movies/TV shows.
