This bright, stylish downstairs apartment is the perfect base to commute to CBD. Just 400m of the Redwood station. This contemporary living space, recently renovated (pictures are still showing the old setup - the new ones are yet to be published :) has everything to make you feel at home – large living room with kitchen with TV, heat pump, WiFi, washer and dryer, seperate bathroom with shower, bedreeom with queen size bed with white always fresh linen and a walkin wardrobe.

Perfect place

Such a lovely little apartment and served our needs perfectly for a night stop over before catching ferry And very appreciative to able to do just 1 night and have our dogs stay. Very helpful owner.

Unsatisfactory communication

I was very unhappy that we received confirmation that we were booked in, but never received contact or location details from the accommodation owner. I needed to logon independently to the Bookabatch website (with considerable difficulty) to obtain the essential information I needed.

We are not quite sure what you mean by this. We have got the system automated and it sends out the access information to each guest prior to arrival. I just checked and these were sent to you on the 4th of December 2 days prior to your arrival. We are well aware that we can’t compete with the way you feel at your own home. However, with this homey arrangement downstairs, where there is a cosy lounge with kitchen, separate bedroom, and your own little garden with patio, we are doing our best to come close. Great accommodation

Very good place to stay. Excellent hosts, well situated accommodation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book another stay. Very comfortable unit. All the normal kitchen facilities available for cooking.

My parents really enjoyed their stay. It is a shame the couch was not very comfortable sitting on, for longer than 5mins. The unit was very clean. Loved the chocolate on arrival.

This bright, stylish apartment is the perfect base to commute to CBD. Just 400m from the Redwood station. It is a downstairs unit of a 2-storey house. This contemporary living space, recently renovated, has everything to make you feel at home – large living room with TV, proper kitchen, heat pump, WiFi, washer and dryer, separate bathroom with shower, bedroom with queen size bed and a walk-in wardrobe.

この宿泊施設の特徴

There are a few Lemon and Kowhai Trees where a bunch of beautifully singing Tuis and a couple of Fantails like to hang around. Apart from that neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We appreciate your cooperation to keep it that way :) There is a 50m concrete driveway up with a grass strip in the middle. Please don't cut the corner, take a wide left turn onto the driveway and drive carefully upwards. There is a parking space at the top for you on the left hand side next to your entrance. There is ample room to reverse as well. When you leave please watch for pedestrians while crossing the footpath and also through the kerb onto the road.
