Resting Beach Face is a stunning new construction Seacrest Beach home in the private gated community of Treetop Village. This home is beautifully finished with designer touches everywhere you turn - something you'll notice from the second you step in the front door.

The kids will love the bunk room with arcade games as their own separate space. The community pool includes plenty of places to lounge in both the sun and the shade. This is a great family friendly home in a quiet location but still conveniently located to all the favorite 30A dining, shopping and entertainment spots.

The 1st floor of the home is the main living area with both inside and outside entertaining spaces. The back patio is screened-in to keep those bugs at bay! Dine casually at the counter or more formally at the table for 6. Outside on the back patio is a great shade spot to relax and catch up with family and friends. The front porch has the cutest daybed swing - perhaps your new favorite spot to nap?

The 3rd floor landing acts as an additional entertaining space with sofa and TV. All bedrooms in the home include private bathrooms for ultimate comfort and luxury. Resting Beach Face sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably. We know you'll enjoy all the attention to detail in the home and can't wait to welcome you.

Treetop Village at Seacrest Beach is a gated community with a gated guest entrance just off Highway 98 near the Lofts of Seacrest Beach. Amenities include deeded beach access and a community pool. This quaint, secluded neighborhood nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach offers privacy and is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Your stay at Resting Beach Face comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Clean and well maintained, with lots of stairs. Rented bikes which helped us navigate the area much better than by car. Found less crowded beaches than Seacrest at Inlet Beach and Deer Lake State Park. Highly recommend Old Florida Fish House. Would stay here again. Only slight downside was navigating from property to beach access, but easy to do after understanding the layout.

Perfect spot

Easy access to the beach and the hustle around Rosemary and Seacrest and just far enough away to be quiet and less traffic. Perfect for the whole family- plenty of room and privacy.

We then got a message no parking in the front of the home only for construction after construction vehicle to park there. We also was notified no towels out on porch. We contacted management immediately about the floor on Saturday and finally heard s cleaner would come out on Monday. That was a little too late. I think our granddaughter had it cleaned by then by her knees.

The tram service was amazing and so much fun/helpful for a group of girls. The only negative about the location is the beaches are crowded. Otherwise- everything about the house/location was a 10/10!

Great Bachelorette House

Great house for a group of friends!! We stayed here with 10 friends and it was great to get to town but also hang at the house. The pool is about a 5 minute walk away but the tram is super convenient. Only thing we would ask for is more of the essentials - we only had 1 role of toilet paper per bathroom, no pool towels, and no basic spices for cooking. Overall, great experience!

I personally think the only draw back for this house is that the location is further from the beach, but if you are looking for a quieter neighborhood, this one is perfect. There is a shuttle for the beach but just out of caution, know that the shuttle doesn't run during "inclement weather" which is up to interpretation. I think it would be helpful to include this warning in the property listing. 10/10 would stay here though as the house was definitely worth it.As for property management we did have a few hiccups with the house (door code stopped working, blown fuse) and management was not as responsive as I would have hoped. They were courteous and our problems were resolved, it just was not a quick response when needed especially when locked out. I would also recommend management sending one email with all of the house information the week prior to renting. I got so many emails with different bits of info. and it was a little hard to keep track of. One concise email would probably work better.

Never again -never. A lost future revenue stream

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing, but didn’t have to be so. Mostly due to Benchmarks poor but controllable written policies, in small print, that are not acceptable to me going forward. The policies I’m speaking of are house not being ready and guaranteed for 4pm arrival and wristband charge policy. They will charge if you are an hour early or leave 10 minutes late, but not willing to provide equal compensation if the house isn’t ready at 4pm, or 5pm for that matter...they just want you to be patient after your 12-hour drive. $25 charge for unreturned rubber wristbands is ridiculous. Also, the kitchen pantry was locked and there is too limited amount of cabinet space to store food for a week for that many people.

Enough bathrooms and outdoor areas. The shuttle stop to the beach is extremely close that took us to the beach and shops. Getting front row umbrellas was impossible but we made due. The water was amazing! Grocery store was a little far but still manageable. Defently would come back to RBF.

Beautiful property and location. Very spacious for 3 families. Only downside was cleanliness. Need to change company or do something because for that much money it was dirty and not up to standards. You can tell it was just a quick pick up a sheet/towel change.

We even got to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs right down the road from the home. I do suggest you driving to a public beach however. The tram took us to the deeded beach our first day and it was so crowded there was no where to set up. It shares the beach with others so very very crowded area. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect House for Mother / Daughter Trip

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful home for a mother daughter trip. Three moms and three 13 year old girls. The bunk room and arcade games were perfect for the girls! The neighborhood is very quiet and it was nice to be a little away from all of the activity on 30A. The tram was a fun part of the experience and we loved that it stopped literally right outside the home, which was extremely convenient. The girls rented bikes and were easily able to ride down to the main area of Secrest and Rosemary where the shops and restaurants are located. Would highly recommend!

10/10 would recommend!

This house was perfect for our bachelorette trip! 9 of us stayed here comfortably, we were each able to have our own bed, and the living space was perfect for hanging out together! The house was just a beautiful and well kept as the pictures showed! The neighborhood is tucked away behind all of the hustle and bustle of the Seacrest community, and the tram that runs to and from the beach meets you at the tram stop right across the street from the house! It was super easy and convenient going to and from the beach every day! My only complaint is that there was no blender at the house! Other than that it was a perfect home for a large group and we had so much fun!

One frustrating thing was that there were no kitching basics: salt, pepper, cooking spray for pans, coffee liners. This was difficult when we went to make breakfast, so I would suggest that the owners put together a basic kitchen kit for future guests. The appliances and furniture were in great condition and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful stay. This property was beautiful and in between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Easy walk to bike ride to restaurants and activities. The house was beautiful and had everything except blender. Short walk or bike ride to the beach. Never had to contact management due to not having issues with the house or checking in. Quieter area than Seacrest and enjoyed the quiet. Some construction around the home but did not disturb our stay and we were prepared. We would come again.
