This is a great house! We loved the neighborhood and the dedicated tram service to Seacrest Beach and Inlet Beach. It’s also within walking distance to the Rosemary Beach shopping areas. The host was super responsive to every question we had. We would definitely choose this place again!

We had an amazing getaway! The house was immaculate, cozy, and well-maintained—just as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the check-in and check-out process effortless. We were thrilled with the location and how easy it was to explore the neighborhood on a bike ride. Transportation to the beach was also provided. The pool was conveniently located in the back of the home, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

We spent 3-weeks here in February 2026. The home is in like new condition, well-equipped, and everything is just as pictured. The neighborhood is gated and very quiet and private. The location is great with access out the main gate directly onto to 98 and the back gate leads to 30A through Seacrest. We hope to return.

A really large house for a big group very close to the beach and a pool right outside. The host was very responsive. The community has a private shuttle driver that can take you to the private beach (which gets super crowded) or to Inlet Beach which we preferred since it was less crowded. We’d definitely go back.

I do not know where to begin with this wonderful place. First of all, the pictures do not do it justice. Everything was pristine, clean, and the owner has it decorated beautifully - the white rooms with touches of turquoise is soothing. Secondly, it’s the little things that make your stay comfortable and this place had them: double towels with hand towels and washcloths tied up with a “bow” on each bed, nightlights in the bathrooms, extra toilet paper visible so you don’t have to look for it, a couple of dishwasher pods and washing machine pods for your convenience, hangers in each closet, alarms clocks and even a sound machine in one of the main bedrooms. Thirdly, the beds were extremely comfortable. We have Tempur-pedic beds at home, so a good night’s sleep is a non-negotiable. Both my daughter and husband are over six feet tall and finding places with two rooms with king size beds is always difficult. The rooms were enough to sleep 16 people and the configuration is great for families or friends. I also liked that each room had an on suite bathroom. Finally, everything was conveniently located. Each restaurant we dined at was well within a 2-10 drive. We were able to leisurely walk to a main part of 30A through a neighborhood in under 15 minutes. We rented bikes nearby, partook of the pool that was directly behind the place, and took the shuttle to the private beach with our provided wristbands. Check-in was easy and checkout was a simple list.

This property was perfect for our needs. Everything was as it was described in the listing and in the photos. We did not have any issues that had to be addressed by the property owner.Of note I did walk out one morning to a bear sniffing our garbage can. The bear proof lid kept him from making a mess.

Gorgeous home! Host was very attentive & replied almost immediately to any questions we had! Pool was directly behind the home and never crowded! Warning: there are BEARS (we saw several black bears directly beside our home & throughout the neighborhood which we really enjoyed seeing although very unexpected!!). Access to the beach is a pretty long walk when packing beach items, however, we quickly learned about a FREE private shuttle that was included in our rental, from our home directly to the beach via Kyle (who was great too btw!!)! The neighboring property also has bikes for rent that definitely come in handy! 30A is our new favorite place in FL & we will definitely be back!!
