Waterfront condo with private deck

Come enjoy a relaxing, WATERFRONT, island getaway. Our one bedroom, one bath condo offers a private, west-facing deck that looks over Lake Padre along with a private boat slip and fish cleaning station! We offer a king size bed, a full bath, washer and dryer, full kitchen stocked with all the essentials, a queen sofa sleeper, cable, wifi. and much more! During your stay, enjoy a walk to the beach, a dip in the pool, fishing off the deck, or dinner at one of the many great island restaurants.

This is a ground level unit. There are stairs to exit the deck that goes down to the boat slip area. Our condo is furnished with all the necessities you'll need to have a stress-free get-away. There is a washer and dryer for use in the condo with detergent. We provide a king size bed, sleeper sofa, extra bedding, and blankets. Free Wi-Fi and cable. Beach necessities, such as towels, toys, and chairs are on hand. Cookware, utensils, and dishes are supplied. All linens included.

A photo of our guest's government issued ID is requested upon confirmation.

Short Stay in Padre Island

Great spot with nice patio and deck to fish and enjoy the views. Perfect for the 2 of us Darryn looked after us when we needed some help. Highly recommended.

Amazing

This cute condo was just what we needed. Perfect for our family of 3. Their deck was perfect for fishing and hanging out. You are with in minutes of the near by beach and North Padre. Loved that there was a pool for relaxing after a long hot day. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful canal condo

Upon arriving you feel at home, it's decorated very nicely, very clean, also a nice card from our host welcoming us. The host Darryn worked with us move our date to arrive one day early and he was wonderful to work with. My husband was in heaven being able to fish off the pier. We sat outside and enjoyed the relaxing evenings watching the fish jump in the water. In the morning we watched 3 dolphins swim in the canal. We had a wonderful weekend! Thank you!

Beautiful View

We were skeptical at first - with it being a condo - but it was a very nice place to stay and the views were amazing. The owners were responsive to all of our needs and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The only correction I would think would be to the ad that stated there were 2 beds. There isn't. It wasn't a problem for us as we only needed one - but if someone else expected there to be two - they would be disappointed. Overall a 5* for sure!

Great Escape

Due to some renovation issues, I needed to escape my place and hide out and watch football. This condo was perfect and the owners where super easy to accommodate my...and my contractor's...schedule. Thank you so much for your lovely place and graciousness! R

Quick get-away

A friend and I spent 3 very comfortable nights here. Accommodations were just as listed with many little touches that do make this a home-away-from-home. I will be back next fall!

Comfy place, nice patio

Views are my hot button and I enjoyed the view! Cozy place and worked well as a base for our fishing trips down to big shell and back.

Cute condo with beautiful views!

This condo was the perfect place for a quick summer getaway for my husband and I. It is right off the water so we enjoyed some fishing. It included everything we could possibly need for our trip and was very accommodating. The condo was nicely decorated and updated. Minutes from the beach and other local restaurants. The owners were very responsive and sweet! We will definitely be back!

Paradise

We only got to spend 3 nights in the cozy house but we regretted to leave. It was super comfortable for me my wife and daughter. Plenty of room for my daughter to play while we took a activity break. It was just as described on the website. As soon as we arrived we liked it. Was very clean and just comfy. We will 100% percent be staying there again. Already planning on coming back! Easy access to everything and just a short walk to the beach

Great Stay!

Property was just as stated on listing. We were there for 5 weeks. Everything was great! Wonderful location, 2 blks from beach and Lake Padre out the back. We did a lot of fishing and watched the sunset every night. Darryn was great and made sure we had everything we needed!! Highly recommend!! We will be coming back!

Fun place to be

Fish on dock and go to beach (3 min drive). All essential stuff, utensil, pot, first-aid, beach towels, grill, bottle of water, Shampoo, bar soap, welcome snack, laundry detergent(pod) was there for your convenient. Use shrimp to catch fish(great for kids) at dock almost every 30min or so. Pier , CVS, HEB, Starbuck, Gas station near by (5-10 min drive). Community swimming pool and water hose to get sand off your flip flop available next to parking lot. Nice view from balcony.

Great spot for North Padre Island

Very clean and well equipped condo on Lake Padre. We were greeted with a welcome basket and the smell of freshly cleaned rooms and furniture. Being on the water was great, as well as being 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from SPID. Great sunsets and all-around great stay. Small pool right outside the entry door if you're so inclined. Patio, fishing deck and boat slips right outside the back door. Would definitely rent again.
