Duck On Inn is located just minutes from the beach and downtown Duck. The location can't be beat! The bike/walking path leads right into the Town of Duck where you can enjoy the Boardwalk and Duck Town Park, as well as a multitude of shops, dining, and live entertainment!

Level 3: Upon entering the home you'll find the top level with a large family room, an oversized couch, and a flat-screen TV to enjoy a game or favorite show. This open floor plan leads you to the dining area with enough seating for 10 people and a great kitchen with exactly what you'll need to make a meal for your family! Also, you'll find a king master suite on the top level and a half bath off the living area.

Level 2: On the mid-level, you'll find 2 more king bedrooms, a queen, and a pyramid bunk with a trundle.

Level 1: On the lower level, you'll find an additional queen bedroom and shared bathroom. In the rec room, you'll find a TV, mini wet bar, and queen sleeper sofa. Off of the rec room, you'll have access to the HUGE private pool (16x32). The pool is surrounded by live oaks, which make for perfectly sunny skies to bask in the sun followed by enough shade in the afternoons to cool off.

Duck Landing has its own clubhouse with a community indoor pool, playground, exercise room, games, parking, pool table, kitchenette area, and community area. Homeschooling? This is the house for you!

Internet: All of our homes are equipped with wifi, however, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.

-No glass bottles, no smoking, and no pets permitted in the pool room

-Clubhouse, fitness room, tennis courts & playground are open year-round

-There is a vendor that rolls all trash and recycle cans out to the street and then rolls the empty cans back to the house after pick-up. (Sunday & Thursday-Roll out/ Monday & Friday-Roll back) Please advise your guests not to block access to the cans, as this is the only way to ensure trash gets emptied and does not pile up for next week's guests. Cans with construction materials will NOT be emptied.

-RVs, trailers, and boats are NOT permitted within the community unless they fit COMPLETELY in the garage or carport

-Parking passes are required on Memorial Day-Labor Day when parking on common property. Towing is enforced

-Tents are NOT permitted within 50 ft. on either side of the beach access. Also, per the Town of Duck ordinance, no items are to be left on the beach overnight. Items are subject to removal.

-Parking on the street is prohibited

-Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space and display a parking pass. Carts parked on the grass or roadside are subject to towing.

-Large trash items left on the street will not be removed by the trash vendor and we will contact you, the rental company, to arrange disposal.

-Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach walkway. Items left are subject to removal by maintenance.

-There are dog bag dispensers throughout the community. Used dog bags should be discarded properly.

-Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11:00 pm, per the Town of Duck ordinance
