Welcome to Paradise! Enjoy the ultimate Florida getaway at this stunning villa in Tampa! Relax by the pool, soak in the breathtaking waterfront views, and unwind in the day bed on your own private backyard sandy beach. With a large backyard perfect for outdoor fun, and just minutes from downtown Tampa, this is the perfect retreat for families and friends. Come experience the beauty of Tampa Bay and create unforgettable memories!

Please Note: The house is located next to a freight train railroad track. As the train passes the house, it does blow its horn throughout the day and is loud. The train also blows its horn around 6AM every morning, so if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up by the train! Please take this into consideration when booking.

Please note the pool is heated using solar power panels and is not adjustable. During times of low sunlight, the pool may be too cold to swim for some people. Also, during the winter months (late November to early March), the pool may be cold.

Pool cleaner comes in every Tuesday to professionally clean the pool and ensure the pool is in great condition for our guests. This only takes a few minutes. We also have a landscaper come pass by occasionally. The pool cleaner and landscaper may show up during your stay.

The backyard "beach" is not swimmable, but you can relax on the sand and enjoy the waterfront views.

UT graduation weekend 2020

We had a large group that ranges from Young cousins to older grandparents! The house was spacious and we never felt crowded. Pop and outdoor seating area was so Enjoyable! It was a quick And easy commute to Florida State Fairgrounds for the graduation ceremony. You will have to drive to get anything as there is not much within walking distance. Overall, great sty for Our purpose.

Accommodating Host, house is solid for groups

Marlene was extremely accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and adequate for our larger group of a high school baseball team. The saltwater pool was great and the house had everything we needed. The train was a little loud initially, but Marlene lists that in the description and you can read about it in reviews so there should be no surprises. We all were used to it by the middle of the week. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyable house on the water

The house was perfect, tucked away on a private road with a beautiful pool to soak up the sun. The communication with the host and process throughout was efficient, supportive and very communicative. We loved the house and our time at Casa Azul!

Poor location.

The house is spacious and check in was simple. But for the cost of this property I was underwhelmed. First issue is the house is in a very sketchy area that left us considering alternatives. Next is that the house is 25 yards from a train rail, so close that the house shakes when the trains come through in the middle of the night and at 6am. The property also was dirty the couches and exterior furniture was filthy. This location place is probably fine for some, but not for the cost.

Great house.

The house was in a great location for tampa and on a quite road. Great pool and very clean. 10/10 would stay here again. Plenty of room for multiple people.
