The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home features three levels and an open floor plan with modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated work space, and living room with 62” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a dedicated work space, reading nook, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, a second living area in the basement with a futon for additional sleeping accommodations, 62” Smart TV, private backyard and patio with seating, laundry area, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

*Please note that the BBQ grill has been removed as an amenity.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Perfect Location

This property is located perfectly for the area’s we needed to be at which was Quantico OCS and TBS. It was also a good location to a variety of restaurants and shopping centers. The property was very clean and the neighborhood was well keep and very quiet. We definitely be booking this property again in the near future.

Went for granddaughter’s graduation from Marine school in Quantico was very close. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped.Communication with owners was good. Would stay again.

Great place to rent for USMC gradations

Perfect location for a Quantico stay. Communication with the host was outstanding. Even as our guest numbers changed she updated our reservation. House was in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants. Would stay there again.

Convenient and comfortable

This rental served as "spill over" space for family that came into town for my daughter's graduation that we couldn't accommodate at our house. It delivered on all that it stated in the listing! It was clean and conveniently located in Stafford. The host was easy to reach and quickly answered all inquiries. A couple things to note: - For coffee: there is both a drip system and a Keurig (which is not stated in the listing). - The check in/out time was a bit more constraining than other rentals I've booked in the past. 4pm check in and 10am check out (on a Sunday), especially given what we paid for our daily rate was not ideal. When I inquired about adjusting this by an hour or so on each end I was told I could for an additional fee. It felt very transactional and unaccommodating. Hotels generally offer this option without penalty.
