Stayed for a week with friends. Beautiful resort, right on the beach. Walking access to a few restaurants. Close driving proximity to lots more. Everything we could ask for to make home cooked meals was provided. Would definitely 100 percent stay here again!! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful condo

We loved the condo! We are four 62 year olds who went to high school together and meet at the beach twice a year. The condo was perfect for us!! It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed! The location is close to dining and shopping and the beach was perfect! The view from the balcony is fabulous! I highly recommend the condo to everyone looking for a great oveanfront retreat!

Amazing

The property was exactly as described. It was very spacious and right on the ocean. You could see and hear the beach from our patio. The pools were great also. It has everything you need to have a great time in Myrtle Beach.

This was a well equipped beautiful condo. Great location. One thing they may want to address is bed comforters that are piling and were slightly dirty upon on arrival but honestly this did not detract from the overall well taken care of unit.

I recently stayed in unit 1701 in the Margate Tower with my family. What anabsolutely beautiful place! I can't wait to go back - it is as nice as being at home. Clean, sunsets, ocean front - lots of room! We loved 1701!

Summer Vacation

It was a very nice home in the sky. The home had everything you want and more. The view was spectacular and I loved the way the wind blew in the evening up there. It made me think I was in a dream. You couldn’t ask for better. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was beautiful and had the best pots ever. I will definitely book again.

Nice spacious location on the beach

Margate 2203 has plenty of room and amenities. The condo is large and we had plenty of room for 7 adults. Having three bedrooms, four beds, and three showers made it quick for us to clean up after a day at the beach. Six chairs and three umbrellas were reserved right on the beach across the access path, which gave us a reserved prime spot whenever we wanted to come and go to the beach (which was every day). The kitchen came fully equipped, with blender, Kuerig, and all the amenities. Stainless steel appliances and granite/quartz countertops made the kitchen a show piece. I liked having double icemakers in the fridge, so even with 7 of us we always had plenty of ice. Having eight chairs at the dining room table let us all sit and eat together, and also made game nights easy. My wife always complains about mattresses bothering her back on vacation, but she had no problems with these beds, they were as good as ours at home. The view from the balcony was fantastic. You can see all the way to North Myrtle beach. The five elevators were remarkable, zooming to/from the 22nd floor. We rarely stopped at any floors in between. The Margate pool was often crowded, but getting there before 10 worked for us for a quick pool trip before lunch. The Margate pool staff did a good job of keeping people from hogging chairs, as you can only keep a chair for 30 minutes unoccupied. We had some wifi connection problems with the Margate wifi service, since all of seven of us staying brought multiple wifi devices (smartphones, laptops, tablets, e-readers). The owners have assured me that they already addressed those issues with the Margate and they are resolved for future guests. The condo is certainly a nice luxurious place to stay that I'd recommend to others.

Large, clean condo great location

This condo was much larger than we needed but would be perfect for 3 couples traveling together. Very clean, well decorated with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen has plenty of everything should you want to cook on vacation -we didn’t! This was the most comfortable balcony furniture of any condo we rented so far and a nice big balcony in shade all afternoon. Enjoyed it very much.

Great Stay In Myrtle Beach

This unit was perfect for our group of 7. Very spacious, well decorated, and high end appliances. The master bedroom is huge. We did have an issue with one of the toilets fill valve, but management was very responsive and had it repaired quickly.. The Margate property is very clean and we appreciated that this was a gated community. Access to the beach was great. One recommendation is to remove the carpeting in the dining and living room area since it was evident this is hard to keep clean from the sand from the beach.

Perfect Location!

We love staying in this area of Myrtle Beach. You're right in the middle and have easy access to North or South Myrtle. The condo was just perfect and everything you could ask for. They even have measuring cups and a crockpot! So many condos I've stayed in and they forget these things. Having chairs and umbrellas set up for us every day was a HUGE plus when searching for a condo for our family. Not having to lug that kind of stuff to the beach on a hot day was just the icing on top. Check in was super easy and staff was very friendly. The unit was clean and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and you can't beat that view from the lanai and the furniture was very comfortable. If you're on the fence about the price, stop right there, because it was worth every penny. Oh and there are beach chairs in the closet if you want to go down to the beach in the evening after the lifeguards had already removed the chairs. And there are toys in the closet too. Enjoy your stay! We sure did! Thank you Scott and Faith for opening your home to us!

Will never stay here again

Check-in process was smooth and first glance of the unit was perfect. 2 days into our stay the AC unit in the Master Bedroom goes out and the Master bedroom & kitchen was 87 degrees. When the repairman arrived, he knew exactly what was wrong with the unit, because he had been there to fix it and bandaid it 3 times already this year. When he left it was working again. 4 hours later (after 5pm) AC went out again and the mgt company brought us box fans for the 80 plus degrees unit again. 2 nights at over 80 degree in the master and they finally fixed the AC. I was told I would hear from the owner to discuss compensation for maintenance & management company being in the unit 6 times in 3 days, but that never happened. Management company was unprofessional. Brought linens in the night before check-out. Keyed in without asking & left items in the laundry room for the next group coming in. Wanted us to leave the condo for 8-9hrs so that the AC unit that was working could be changed out. Also NO Beverages in the small pool. Building will ask you to leave if you have a drink. 36 chairs for a 29 story building at the pool is great if you don’t want to go to the pool.

Perfect property for family

I was blessed to find this property for my family because it was my Childrens birthday and we needed the space. It was everything they said and more, thank you for allowing us to use your property this weekend.

Awesome Condo!

I would recommend this condo to all! Large clean rooms. Very friendly check in staff. Other than picking a week that was cold and rainy, it was a great get away. I would love to go back during warmer weather. Thank you for everything! Carlene

Great Condo!

The family and I enjoyed our stay at Scott's and Faith's condo. The condo was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Even the kids didn't want to leave. :-) The extra bonus was the beach chairs/umbrellas that came with the condo. We unfortunately did not stay here as long as we wanted to on this trip, but will be sure to book this condo again next time and stay longer.
