Instant regret

I do not leave reviews, good or bad. However, I believe that people should be aware of what they aregetting with this booking. I booked this place over a holiday weekend. We had a family reunion that wasnear the VRBO house, one of the reasons I chose this property. Our group of 3 families was coming infrom different states at different times with a total of 6 adults and 8 kids ranging from 4 to 14. The hostwas kind enough to let us go over the limit of 12 people. She even inquired about getting an air mattressbut was unable to get one. She contacted us the morning of our arrival to say they just had a “badcheckout” with the guests leaving several damages but everything was functioning and even offered anearly check-in. If we had been able to arrive earlier, I may not have stayed there at all. On arrival, wewalked up to the house and were greeted with a broken screen door. Immediately inside the front door, wefound the dining table with food crumbs on the floor and the cable box/modem hanging from the wall,supported only by a strap screwed into the wall. The living room furniture that should have been by thefront door was down in the basement. To get to the living room and relax on a couch, we had to gothrough the kitchen and down a dark stairway as the light was broken. Walking through the house, therewere numerous details that were not addressed when the host tried to fix the house to be a VRBO. Weknew about the missing cover on the oven from their note about t

Worked Very Well For Us

My crew stayed in this house while they were in the area for a project. They stayed for over a month in total. All minor issues where resolved quickly with quick and clear communication.

Great for Big Groups - more room inside than you think

This was my first experience renting a house and it was very quite simple. It was always easy to get a hold of the host if I had any questions. We were very comfortable. Grocery stores are close by. It was very centrally located since we needed to be in Boulder and in Downtown in Denver. The neighborhood is very safe.
