Ski-in Ski-out Townhome with pool + hot tub!

Whether you're hitting the stunning slopes or tackling the endless hiking trails, this charming townhome is perfect for all four seasons and all that the North Shore has to offer! Hungry from all the adventure? Enjoy a peaceful meal on the deck as there is a well-equipped kitchen and gas grill or cozy up to the woodburning fireplace with some beverages from the North Shore Winery & Sawtooth Mountain Cider House. Have a ball with your family and friends at the resorts hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools and firepits!

Located in the heart of Lutsen Mountains, you'll find that this delightful 3-level townhome offers a splendid kitchen and living room with a sleeper sofa, focal point being the woodburning fireplace, and a dining area overlooking the lush trees on the main level. (Free firewood located in the parking areas.) The upstairs loft bedroom boasts a queen bed and full bathroom with a stand up shower. On the lower level, you will find one bedroom that contains a queen bed and set of bunk beds as well as, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and plenty of room to stash hats and coats.
For the skiers and snowboarders, there's a locked ski locker to store all of your adventure gear right outside the main entrance of the townhome.

You have access to great resort amenities, including a hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness area, ping pong table and playground.

This townhome is pet friendly, with a 2 dog maximum.
No need to check in; we have a smart lock so you can check yourself in hassle-free.

The gondola and Alpine slide are just up the road and don't forget your golf clubs as Superior National Golf Course is just a short drive away!

Perfect Place to Land

Myself and my two adult sons jumped up to Lutsen for a quick weekend trip and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. While the skiing was fantastic - I think the two nights we spent sharing dinner, drinks and some fun games were the highlight! So many laughs! Making memories is the best and this weekend won't soon be forgotten! (I also loved that I had my own private loft space with a bedroom and bathroom all to myself.) Wonderful accommodations!

Ski-in/ski-out

As described, the fireplace worked great, no issues. The pool/hot tub is in a different building a short walk away. Good/quick communication from the host. If there was one thing to improve on is the master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable, but not enough to not enjoy the stay. Overall, a great spot for a family trip, would definitely book again.

Perfect for skiing family

The unit was perfect for our family - two teenagers that love to ski. It was just enough space for our family. Very convenient for the kids to ski in/out on their own. And, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening.

Great stay

Ski in and out was perfect. Comfortable for our family. Condo was well stocked and nicely arranged. Fireplace was really nice and warm. Great place to stay.

Lutsen Stay

Condo is nice and clean. Wood burning fireplace was not functioning but owner informed me prior to our stay and offered a discount as that was a key factor in my choosing this condo over others. Owner was very prompt in answering questions.

Lovely Lutsen stay

We liked the layout of the unit with the master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom downstairs with a separate bed and bunk beds. We were there to snowboard and having the outside locker for equipment was great. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated having coffee provided. Having access to the hot tub and exercise room was nice. No washer/ dryer but we were OK without. Good.communication with host .

Great Location!!

The property was just as expected from the pictures! Great location for a ski in/out and the resort amenities were a bonus. The only reason for 4 starts was having the fireplace not working but the host was great about telling us ahead of time. Will be back with our family!

Frustated do not recommend

Didn’t realize unit had a fire, couldn’t use fire place after a fun filled day of skiing. No propane. No cable to watch movies on a dvd. This all should have been brought to our attention before booking expensive stay. If they are going to rent out there place it should have everything working. Not make excuse because of the fire. Would not have stayed

Great place to stay and amazing owners

Loved our trip so much and already missing Lutsen! The property is in a great location and very clean. Owners were incredibly responsive and went the extra mile to make sure our stay went perfectly. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to visit again.

Great for Families!

We stayed for 3 nights with 3 kids and our dog. We had an awesome time and the stay was perfect for the 5 of us. Highly recommend. Kids liked the pools and Lake Superior beaches. Such a fun area with so much to explore. We cooked most of our meals so loved having a full kitchen. And dog friendly is so appreciated!

Stay was generally good. The downstairs bedroom was chilly, we appreciated the heater that was provided. It was a bit of a bummer thar the fireplace was broke. The cupboard door that the garbage can was in was also broke and doesn't close all the way.

Great ski in ski out location and enjoyed comfortable downtime

We recently stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed all of the space and amenities. We had 3 children ranging from ages 13-10 and two adults. The townhome provuded space for the adults and kids to both relax and have freedom from one another. The kids enjoyed the larger bedroom accomodating the larger bed and the bunks away from the "adults". They loved having their own TV and access to Netflix and YouTube. After a morning of skiing we were able to sit out on the deck and enjoy lunch, thanks to the space, grill and also to the warmer temps. Beds were comfortable and having easy access in allowed some of the kids to stay back while the rest continued skiing. They enjoyed watching all of the skiiers go by from the deck too. You feel like you are immersed in wildlife and adventure here. It was very quiet and having accesss to the pool and hit tub was another highlight especially after a day of skiing. We made all of our meals here and it had everything we needed and more. The little touches sure make all if the difference. The pucture in the living room created a great backdrop for photos, the coffee maker had filters for it and makes a quick pot of coffee, the milk foamer was great to make cute lattes and fluff up their hot cocoa, we had all of the necessities and more. We would definitely stay again, convenience to the hill, the north shore, cute restaurants in lutsen, tofte and schroeder and the welcome feeling of staying in a home like environment you just cant beat.

Great Stay!

We loved our time in this townhome. We were able to enjoy the ski in and ski out while staying in a place with more modern updates than similar places through the resort. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay here again!

A History of Great Stays Here

Stayed two nights with a ski buddy of mine. We choose this unit as we knew the previous owner and had enjoyed several previous stays here with our wives a number of years ago when skiing at Lutsen. We love the convenient location and the ski-in ski-out ability. A very clean, comfortable and well appointed townhouse. I highly recommend this location.

Great location, mediocre condo

We weren’t permitted by the property owner to use the fireplace which was a big disappointment. The outside gas grill did not get hot enough to grill food. The listing says two bedrooms but it is really one bedroom and a loft. There is no recycling which is surprising. The lower shower was not hot, the upper shower was too hot. The heater is in the basement so the lower level gets very warm at night. The bathrooms are both very small and none on the main level, one in the loft and one downstairs. Location is great for ski in/ski out.
