Wonderful host!

Carlos was a wonderful host and very hospitable! His RV was very clean and he went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again.

Amazing

Carlos was very friendly, professional, went out of his way to make sure our stay was amazing from beginning to end. I would definitely rent from him again.

Happy Camper

Carlso was very attentive and made sure all my needs were met. He went out of his way to start a fire for me to enjoy upon arrival. I was the 1st person to rent this property so some small things were needed and taken care of right away. Such as an iron for my clothes. The only one thing the camper could use is some indoor seating in the even of rainy weather. However there are a table and chairs right outside the door. Great stay and great owner.

So, first off, the host is absolutely fantastic - communicative, available, eager to make sure everything is going well. There were some soda and water in the fridge when I arrived and at night, when I was sitting by the fire pit. someone came out with a plate of fried bananas for me I've never stayed in an RV so I didn't know exactly what to expect. It was bright, with great AC, a large television, comfortable sofa and good wifi. The water pressure isn't exactly what you'd get at a hotel (although the shower was just fine, and warm).

Unique experience

My husband and I stayed at this property this past weekend. It was such a unique experience as we had never even been in a fifth wheel before. Carlos was great and coming from someone with a degree in hospitality, his hospitality was wonderful! The amenities were great and he provided us with water, soda, and freshly washed towels upon check-in. He was also quick to respond. As far as the stay itself, the fifth wheel was tidy, not 100% clean and there was a leak in the closet of some sort as we found the carpet there to be wet with a little mold. The water ran out our second morning there, which we just let it go, but we could have easily asked him to fix that and we know he would've been right on top of it! There is a holding tank so it can only provide so much before it needs to be filled. Other than that, it had everything we needed plus more; including dvds, a Playstation, 2 tvs, etc. I know our couple issues WILL be addressed by Carlos as he seems to strive for excellence and this fifth wheel is definitely worth checking out!

Great Host!

Carlos greeted us upon arrival, he's friendly and was there for whatever we needed which wasn't much because everything was provided for us right from the start. The location was convenient and surprisingly quiet! Thank you, Carlos! We'll be in touch our next trip up. Lori & Sam

Great place!

We stayed here for three nights as we visited Plymouth, MA and Newport, RI, before dropping my sister in law off at the Boston airport. It was my husband and I, along with our 7 mo old daughter and my sister in law. The camper was much more spacious than it looks. We brought the pack and play for my daughter and put it in the bedroom area and then my sister in law slept on the couch and we brought an air mattress for my husband to sleep on so she wouldn’t be awoken to the baby who had been waking up every couple of hours lately. There was plenty of room for the pull out couch and full sized air mattress in the main living area. Carlos was easy to communicate and the place was just what we were looking for. The camper did leaks a little bit due to the heavy rains we were getting. It leaked at the slide out section but we put a bowl under it and contacted Carlos. Shower was warm, fridge was Cold, we had everything we needed and it ended up being better than we imagined having two separate spaces for us!

Welcomed with Kindness a Camping experience

When I first arrived, all the cars in the driveway took me by surprise, and then I saw the RV in the open lot behind them and there was an empty pool opposite the RV bordering the nice little grassy lot. At first, it felt very cluttered to me, but then I went into the RV and it was very nice, clean, and charming. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outdoor grassy area was very relaxing, it was very peaceful here, we felt very welcomed; it felt like we were family in this neighborhood. Carlos was extremely kind and an incredible host. I’ve stayed at a lot of places in my travels, and he certainly went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. This property is 10 minutes away from the zoo, it’s about 48 minutes from the Newport Mansions, 10-12 minutes outside of Providence, it’s such a great location!! Also there’s stores close by: grocery stores, dollar general, etc. And there are great restaurants and local family diners around: Thai Star and Athenas. There were a few menus of places to eat in the RV, but I suggested putting a guest book together so anyone who comes to stay knows what’s in and around the area. So inside the RV: the couch is comfortable, but it’s quite low especially for people who have a hard time getting up from a low position, the bed inside the couch was very comfortable, and linen was in the cabinet. The bathroom area is up just past the 2 steps and the door was removed where the toilet is because the space apparently was very very tight, so not to worry there was another door to close and a shade to pull across the upper room for adequate privacy. Everything works great, no problems. There’s 2 tv’s the one on the upper level has a DVD player and there’s a bunch of great dvds to look through and the tv in the kitchen living room space has a big tv with all kinds of stations and features: Netflix, Disney+, etc. I also suggested labeling light switches cause we were trying to figur that out initially. There’s pans, utensils, everything you need. One thing to note is the cedars trees the RV is up against can create a bit of noise if it’s windy, so I would suggest bringing a fan with you. We thought it was a raccoon scratching the RV, but it wasn’t, it was the trees. Lastly, Carlos will tell you where to park and there’s a fire pit outside you can use! Overall, Great place to stay for families or solo trips! I highly recommend it!

Glamping in the City

Carlos was excellent with communication and was very accommodating. We basically just needed a place to rest our heads as we were traveling through and it was quite comfortable and very clean. There was even a stocked fridge with waters and sodas as well as creamer for morning coffee. We enjoyed catching some great movies on Netflix too! He also offers a variety of dvd movies . Carlos offered other amenities if you wanted them such as a ride to Providence and an area to sit out at a fire pit . Thank you for your hospitality!

Awesome Place!

Awesome little RV just what we needed! Very clean and Carlos the host is the man, extremely helpful and attentive making sure you have everything you need to have an awesome stay. 10/10 highly recommend!

A Great Value

We were staying in the area for a several day event based in Providence. We were able to get a great value with privacy, comfort and elbow room about a 15 minute drive from the city by staying at Carlos’s place. He is eager to make your stay great and help in any way he can. It was our first time ever staying in an RV and it was a fun adventure learning about the little things that make that stay unique. Thanks Carlos! Great Job!
