This is a great lay out for family, or groups of friends. We have stayed here before & consider it our "first choice" for trips to Bloomington when we have two or more couples.Fantastic location for sporting events. Quality host.

This property was perfect for our needs. It’s not flashy or overdone, but it was clean (enough) and provided plenty of space for our family. Only six of us slept there (could have slept more) but my IU student and additional family members that lived closer were able to join us for meals and visiting. Everything we needed was provided. The large yard was in need of some maintenance, but that was understandable given the time of year. Check in and out were easy and the host reached out during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Definitely would stay here again.

Really great layout for small or large groups. Quiet neighborhood, but close & quick to everything. Have stayed here twice & would book again.

Great location close to everything we wanted to do. Really appreciated the stand fans throughout the house. Plenty of supplies. And we really appreciated not having a “ to do” list before checkout.

We had a wonderful stay!

We rented this house so that we could celebrate Christmas with our extended family in one home. The home was clean and well kept, the beds were comfortable, and the owner was very responsive to all my messages. We are even considering renting again this Spring when all our family comes to town for graduation.

Nice house close to campus

Clean house, lots of room. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. We didn’t use it, but there’s a 4th bedroom and a bar area in the basement.

Great Stay!

We loved the home. The location was perfect. I loved all the little touches in the house. The best place was the screened-in porch. The kitchen was laid out so that it was easy for multiple people to cook. I would stay at this home again. I am looking forward to my next opportunity.

Conveniently Located to IU

Spacious house. Very clean. Loved the screened in back porch. Minutes to walk and drive to IU campus. Minutes to retail shops, college mall and lots of eatery places. It was a perfect place to stay during move in week at IU.
