Perfect!! This rental is exactly as beautiful and clean as the pictures on the posting. The host was very friendly attentive and accommodating. It’s very close to everything you want to see/visit. Very easy check-in. There’s a fantastic back patio with a fire pit area not pictured you’ll love! And the pink chair swing on the front porch is boho cute and relaxing! We love it here and definitely recommend and will rent again next time we’re in Atlanta!

Great house & location.

Great communication from the host & easy check-in/check-out. Location is near lots of restaurants, shops & a quick drive to downtown. House is stocked w/ anything you'd need and even has plenty of games to play. Parking is on the street & there are quite a few steps to get up to the house, so keep that in mind if you have someone that struggles w/ steps. Beds are extremely firm - not a problem for me but our friends had a hard time w/ it. Overall great place and host. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this Summerhill row house. The home strikes a nice balance between updated comfort and original character, which gave it a lot more personality than your typical rental. The layout worked well for us, with a half bath and living space on the main floor, and two bedrooms with two full baths upstairs. The primary suite with the Juliette balcony was a nice touch.The location is really the star here. You’re tucked into a neighborhood with mature trees, parks, and a surprising number of great places to eat. A Publix is technically walkable, though in the Atlanta heat that’s a bit ambitious. We were in town for the Porsche Experience Center Atlanta, and it was an easy 10-minute drive. That also means the airport is close, which made travel simple. Being just a few blocks from Center Parc Stadium was a bonus, and spots like Krog Street Market, the Atlanta BeltLine, and Centennial Olympic Park are all just minutes away.A couple things worth noting. There are some serious stairs leading up to the house. I deal with neuropathy and vertigo, and while I managed, it wasn’t easy. The listing does mention this, and it’s accurate, but if you have mobility concerns, it’s something to really consider.One pleasant surprise was the backyard. It’s not highlighted much in the listing, but there’s a nice deck with plenty of seating and a fire pit area. Just watch your step around the fire pit, there are some weeds with burrs that stick to socks pretty easily.

Great location, super cute house

We planned a weekend with some friends to celebrate a birthday and booked this house for 3 couples. It's a great location, very close to a lot of fun places in Atlanta. The house was very clean, everything worked perfectly, and there was plenty of space for friends to gather down in the kitchen bar / living room area. We plan to book this same house again soon!

As short-term rentals became more common, many places started to feel efficient but sterile and it felt like something got lost. We wanted our place to preserve the homey aspect that's so special.

When we travel ourselves, we look for places that feel special without being overdone, comfortable without being precious, and easy to enjoy from the moment we arrive. That mindset guided every decision in this home. We hope you enjoy it!
