The Space:

Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. Conveniently situated just east of Downtown Colorado Springs, this apartment offers proximity to a plethora of attractions in the area. Originally a garage, it has been transformed into a stunning private unit with great decorations and thoughtful touches. Within minutes, you'll find yourself amidst fantastic restaurants, top-notch attractions, and with easy access to I-25, merely 2 miles away.

The galley-style kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary skills, equipped with all major appliances and stocked with essentials such as baking sheets, utensils, pots, pans, spices, and silverware. Bedroom 1 - Master:

Relax in the luxuriously comfortable King bed, complete with fluffy pillows and crisp linens. The room is designed with your comfort in mind and includes a closet with hangers and a luggage rack.

Bedroom 2:

The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, also equipped with soft pillows and fresh linens. You'll find ample storage with a closet, hangers, and a luggage rack for your belongings.

Recently remodeled, the bathroom features a pristine tile shower, vanity, and toilet. We provide amenities including a hairdryer, plush towels, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to enhance your stay. While the bathroom is compact, it is well thought out and stocked with everything you need.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
