🔑 You have access to the entire house. Our home is set up like a side-by-side duplex with no access between this main house and the newer guest suite! Enjoy the private patio and private off street parking too!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



📹 Security Camera Disclosure: For your safety and the protection of our property, exterior security cameras are installed in the entry. These devices record video of the outdoor area only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private indoor spaces.



🏠 Property Layout: Our house is set up like a duplex, with no connection between the two homes. You have a private entrance and off-street parking at the back of the property.
