HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The location is ideal: easy access to both Mass St & KU campus. The apartment is awesome: clean, comfortable, relaxing & interior is recently refinished so “new”. As a return guest, the additional changes/upgrades since our last visit were obvious and much appreciated. Fantastic communicator: Fernando immediately responded to all queries. Several families were visiting our daughter for KU graduation so we reserved 3 adjacent apartments from Fernando - it was absolutely lovely to be collocated through "Stay Awhile" properties and relaxing together between graduation activities. Loved our stay and would choose “Stay Awhile” again (& again)

Great clean place with all the modern amenities you need for your stay. Easy walking distance to Mass. street and KU This place was way better than a local hotel. And the price was better than most options

Comfy, Cozy, Well Decorated

Great property that has been well decorated with all the creature comforts necessary for a great stay. Definitely prefer this over any hotel in town. Don't be fooled by the outside of the apartment complex.

Great location!Has everything you need for a weekend in Lawrence. Fan in bathroom didn’t work so probably should be fixed for moisture.Loved the little closet and plants hanging everywhere-very homey feeling!

The unit was very clean and updated. When we first arrived, we were a bit put off by the neighbors, unkept house, barking dogs and the front door to the 4 unit complex was pretty beat up. I was ok with the steps up to unit 4, but my guest struggled. I don't think steps were ever mentioned in the description. I had several questions for the owner. He returned my texts very quickly and answered my questions. The beds were comfy and there was ample parking. Great location!
