The bedroom and sofa are generously sized, creating a unique atmosphere. Ask Alexa to play T-Pain radio, and you'll find the fridge serenading you in T-Pain's voice, creating a harmonious experience. Fun yet stylish, this unit is just a few minutes' walk from all that Traverse City offers. Located right downtown, you can reach restaurants, bars, or the beach within minutes.

Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details overlooked on the property. Dishwasher not anchored so it slopes forward when you open and load it. Bathroom was not clean, walls were kind of gross and don't even look at the base of the toilet.Its the kind of place that if you just did a quick walk-though you'd think it was fine. Any level of inspection or use reveals the build and quality of a La Quinta Inn, but at Hotel Indigo prices. In general we expect to stay in a place that is equivalent or better than our home, but this was not that.

Great space

Great rental property. Stayed 2 nights with my family and had a great time. Beds were confortable, very clean and the property managers were great to work with.

Great location and very fun decor!

My husband and 2yr old and I stayed at Casa del Exotica for a few days and had a great stay. The decor is unique and fun, the beds super comfortable. Had everything we needed. And location was great! There was even a school playground across the street that we were able to use when school was done for the day - helped wear out our toddler :)

Cute place

Overall great stay!! I think this is a newer remodel, could use some finishing touches, like blinds in the kitchen and some detail paint touch up. But it’s a very clean place easy check in, and within walking distance to the lake and downtown which is perfect!!! The beds are super comfortable and cozy.

Family vacation

My wife and I traveled to Traverse City Michigan with our three-year-old and one year-old for our first family vacation. We’re so glad we found this wonderful little house in an amazing location. It was perfect for our family. The management was very quick to respond to a concern we had regarding the thermostat with helpful instructions on how to make adjustments. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Overall, we loved the location of this place… It was so convenient to slap town, the beach, CVS, and getting in and out of town… We visit TC every year, so it was nice to not be in such touristy spots… The bed was extremely comfortable and the set up was very nice. Just a note that it is the lower level, so you will hear the people walking around downstairs. Also, it is an old house that has been rehabbed, so the bathroom does have certain aspects of it that are still that of an older house. But the convenient location outweighed that for us.

Unfortunately disappointing and not like the photos

I'll start with the pros -good location. Close to everything, as it stated. -the parking was convenient. That's it. Cons- where to start. Light fixture covers randomly missing in the kitchen and living room. Made it feel trashy. -zero kitchen towels. - zero oven mitts or way to remove a pizza from the oven. Burned my hand using an article of clothing to do so. -dishes from last tenant in the dishwasher for us to put away. - laundry left in dryer (full load) -entire door handle missing from one bedroom and nearly all other door knobs quite loose. Missing handle made for lack of privacy. Can see into the bedroom. -the beds were so painfully uncomfortable, especially the one in the bedroom missing the handle, that we all slept on the couch the last night. - only 2 bar stool chairs so I had to stand for all the meals we shared. No dining area. - tub is so small, an average adult cannot even stretch out their legs in it. Wall is broken up around the shower head. There were tons of human hairs in the tub. I had to clean it before using it. They supplied next to nothing for cleaning products, not even paper towel as pictured in the deceiving images, so I had to go purchase things to be able to clean. -was asked to strip the beds and take trash out and turn temperature down before leaving. I don't mind that so much, but what was the cleaning fee for. I felt we may have left the place cleaner than we found it. -was 54 degrees in the house when we got there. Took over an hour to feel comfortable. -The fridge water filter was old and due for replacement so we supplied our own water. -no window coverings in kitchen which made us all uncomfortable when it got dark out. Not trying to say bad things about the place, but these facts might help someone book a more suitable place for their family. I am strongly disappointed and have buyers remorse on this stay. Big time.
