This oceanfront home boasts a large backyard, beautiful interiors, and a private path down to the sandy beach complete with a sitting bench for you to relax on while watching the sunset or watching the kids playing on the beach.

The family room is great for the kids to have their own space where they can play and enjoy themselves, complete with a TV, DVD player, and sofabed for extra sleeping space. Big windows upstairs give way to exceptional ocean views. Gather in the living room for cozy movie nights by the fireplace. There is also a perfect bench seat all along the windows to sit and read your favorite book in the sun or just watch the waves roll in.

The open floor plan lets everyone feel like they are a part of everything going on. Cook amazing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that is open to the dining area. You will love stepping out onto the deck from the dining area to grill while looking over the ocean and the yard.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully outfitted. The bunk room will be loved by kids especially. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.

Consider this the perfect place for you and your group to gather, prepare meals, play games, and enjoy one another's company on the Oregon Coast.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Gorgeous view, comfortable home!

Great home on the beach. Walkable to Rockaway shops. A bit outdated decor but very very livable. It did not detract from our stay.

Twin Rocks View

We stayed at this house with our family of four, including our 17- and 19-year-old kids. The adults took the bedroom with the queen bed and en suite bathroom, while our 19-year-old stayed in the room with the king bed and shared bathroom, which worked well for both kids. The only surprise was the bunk bed room — it's quite compact with two sets of bunk beds and very little extra space. Our 17-year-old, who is 5'7", found that her feet hung off the end of the bunk. She made the room work by using the extra bunk as her "dresser". Just something to keep in mind if you're traveling with more or taller children. That aside, everything else was fantastic. The view of Twin Rocks from the living room is stunning, and the easy beach access was a huge plus. The beach itself is beautiful. Very walkable. We were there in early June and the beach was practically empty. We enjoyed walking the beach about a mile into Rockaway Beach each morning to grab coffee at Joe’s. The beds were very comfortable; the pillows weren’t my favorite, but that’s personal preference. We only cooked breakfast during our stay and found the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend both this house and the Rockaway Beach area. If we ever vacation in the same place twice, we'd happily stay here again!

Nice home in quiet location and beautiful views of Twin Rocks

Good layout with large kitchen, living room and dining room all with breathtaking views of Twin Rocks. Nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Living room furniture was clean but not the most comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and was clean. Will stay here again.

Spectacular View of Twin Rocks!

Really enjoyed our stay… the location is wonderful and the view of twin rocks is spectacular! The new main living room couch is much more comfortable than the previous one. A few minor items should be improved such as some of the blinds in the main living room don’t work and the bath towels could be upgraded. Overall, the house was very comfortable. Thanks!

Quick Father's Day trip

We had a great stay here. 8 of us. Plenty of room. Spotless. Best view on Oregon coast. Easy walk to the beach. Beds very comfortable.

Very easy access to beach. Wonderful view from upstairs.

Comfortable beds and kitchen had all we needed. Couch in living room was not the most comfortable but worked with enough cushions. Fireplace was great at night. Some issues with sliding doors not locking. Overall a very nice place.

Ocean happiness

Location was great. The couch and chairs upstairs were very uncomfortable and the kitchen was not as well stocked in cooking utensils as we are used to. Awkward kitchen location having to transport all food and coolers upstairs. Place was very clean and nice views of twin rocks. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful Ocean View!

We really enjoyed our time here. The walk to the beach was so short. The views from the upstairs, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are, are stunning. The house was well laid out with plenty of room. My only complaint is that the living room furniture is so uncomfortable that it is hard to relax. They really need to upgrade all of that furniture.

Amazing location

The views and beach access are fabulous, and house was clean and well appointed. As others have noted, the seating/furniture (particularly sofas) are quite uncomfortable, but we didn't do a lot of lounging at home, so it wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Ditto the TVs--older/outdated technology with no instructions for how to use. But the location can't be beat!

Classic Oregon coast beauty!

Love the 2nd floor kitchen and living space with ocean views. Private trail to the beach was magical! The weather was quite windy, so check the weather if you're looking for a hot vacation. If you are not coming from the North be advised that you have to drive to Manzanita (25 min from property) to retrieve your keys. Great and clean during COVID precaution. Lovely place to relax with friends and family!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Make sure you are coming from the north when renting this place, otherwise you have to drive up to Manzanita to get the keys (adds another hour round trip). Also, best to arrive in the daylight as you can't see the house number at night.

Location, location, location!

The house is situated right on the ocean, with amazing views! We traveled north and south of the house, so it was centrally located. The kitchen was surprisingly stocked well! We like to rent houses when we travel and a lot of them have horrible pots and pans and very limited supplies. NOT this house all the pans, dishes, etc were great!!! The house could use a few updates, but that would not stop us from staying here again! I would give the house 10 stars if I could!

Amazing stay

The best views! A stones throw to the beach. Spacious and clean. We plan on returning. Having read all of the reviews prior to booking, the minor negatives previously mentioned meant no surprises for us. Want the place to be perfect... then yes, a more comfortable couch and not having to drive to manzanita for key pick up and drop off would do it. But don't let that deter you. Thanks!

Unclean and poorly furnished home in amazing location

This home is in a great spot just a short walk through the dunes to the beach on a quiet street. Unfortunately, the home was quite dirty and the furniture is falling apart. We arrived to a dishwasher full of clean dishes, the dryer full of damp towels (and the only 2 washcloths in the whole place), filthy carpets, dirty walls, and stained or ripped linens. If it weren’t for all of that it would have been a great stay.

Excellent beach and beach access

We very much enjoyed staying here. The beach was a 2 minute walk down a private path and the beach was amazing. We had a ton of fun and enjoyed the home too. It's location was great for us, we didn't want to stay in town but a short bike ride away was nice. All of the bedrooms are downstairs which was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and there wasn't much we needed. The upstairs couch could use new cushions and it was a little weird that the dining room is carpeted. I just worried our kids would spill. The two main beds could use an upgrade. The master bed was fine but a king would be better. The king in the spare bedroom needs a new mattress today. That was really our biggest disappointment. We gave that bed to my parents and they did not sleep well the entire week. Otherwise, the views were awesome and the location was perfect for us.

Safe and relaxing getaway

We had an amazing time at this twin rocks property. The layout worked well for our group (most of the common space is upstairs with the views and the bedrooms and full baths are all downstairs). The kitchen and dining space was great for all the cooking we did. The backyard and direct beach access were perfect for entertaining kids! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly during our evening strolls on the streets and the beach. There's a flatter public path to the beach a few doors down for those with less athletic knees. Perfect location and we took full advantage of nearby hiking, crabbing, and cheese and ice cream tasting. We had trouble with the WiFi (working vacation) but the office was responsive and went above and beyond getting us connected in time to log on first thing in the morning! As mentioned in other reviews the bed in the king room needs replacing, but we were expecting that since we read the reviews here. The giant bell in the kids bunk room is loud, be prepared with threats and bribes to keep kids hands off it all night/early morning! We hope to return!

Great location but filthy home.

The location was wonderful. Great view and easy access to the beach. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. Carpets were so dirty, we didn’t let our kids sit in them. Walls and front of kitchen cabinets had food on them. Shower liners were moldy. Blinds and curtains were broken and stained. Windows had finger prints all over them. Sand in sheets. The couch is an outside couch and it’s like sitting on concrete. The cushions were filthy as well. The kitchen didn’t have a lot of utensils like we were thinking it did. We were quite appalled at how unkept the home was, and sad that it didn’t meet the expectations of the website description.

Wonderful Oregon Coast Socially Distanced Vacation!

Although we experienced a delay in being able to get the keys to our property, everything else was wonderful. The house is well taken care of and was very clean. Everything was as described. Huge kitchen, tons of dishes/appliances. Couch could be a bit more comfortable, but the view from the top floor (living room/kitchen) was amazing! We loved having the private pathway to the beach, and it was basically our private beach once we were in the sand. This property is on the South end of town; the less-crowded, quiet end (and Rockaway Beach is already quieter than Canon and Seaside) and so we had tons of room and privacy. A wonderful way to get out of the house and get away among COVID conditions! The only other thing I should mention is that we had four kids in the bunk room (ages 5-14) and it was really snug. Ladders would make it easier to access the upper bunks. Even though the kids were a bit squished, they all had a great time. And I have to say, the bed in the master was one of THE most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Both my husband and I slept like logs. Thank you for a great family getaway!!
