One Bedroom and One Full Bathroom with 2 AC Units. Sleeps Three With Comfort.

This unit was completely remodeled after hurricanes Helene and Milton. We are finished with the remodel. We do not allow pets at The Cottage.

The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1 Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key.

If you are looking for some lunch after a day at the beach, walk out the front door of The Siesta Key
Beach Cottage and head around the corner up to the Village. There you will find any type of food
you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite
cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.

There are some chairs and lounge chairs on the patio.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off any sand from the beach before entering the unit.

This is not a condo.

..it is a Beach Cottage….

You will not find a cooler place on the Key to enjoy your vacation.

The unit was perfect for my husband and I. It was exactly as described. The location to the beach and village is excellent-close enough to walk to both areas without being right in the middle of all of the busy spring break madness. The unit was clean and comfortable, decorated with classic coastal vibes. I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful decorated with thoughtful touches. Great location - just walk across street to beach and loved the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella provided. We enjoyed wine on porch area with chairs and privacy fence. Everyone in village was very friendly. Plan to go back!

We actually stayed 1/23-1/27/2026. Super clean and updated cottage. We loved that we could just walk down to the village for dinner and the beach access was just across the street. The neighborhood was very quiet. The cottage is furnished with plenty of supplies not just starter supplies. We would stay here again.
Gilligan’s Island down in the village had a live band. Great service.
Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella to use.

This was the perfect place for a short get a way for me and my husband. Had some friends in from out of town. We didn't make it to the beach because of the unusually low temps but this cottage is close to everything you need. You can walk anywhere. Cottage is more roomy that I though it would be as well. We will definitely be back!

This was a great cottage to stay in. It was very clean and extremely well equipped with everything needed for the perfect stay. It’s close to the village and to the beach. I had a little problem getting the check in emailBut Jeff was prompt with his reply and instructions (it was my fault not Jeff or VRBO). I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We recently returned from a fantastic vacation at Jeff’s beach cottage. The cottage is exactly as it is pictured. The location is terrific. No need to drive unless you want to go off SK. The beach is a short walk across the street. There are beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a wagon to cart it all. The village and a grocery store are very walkable. The cottage is very clean, decorated in a beach vibe and the patio perfect for relaxing. All too often vacation rentals only offer streaming for tv service but we were happy to find basic cable here. We are so grateful to Jeff for his timely response to our questions and feel he went out of his way to make us as comfortable and happy as possible. PS. Jeff recommended Bean coffee shop. He was right! Best coffee, scones, muffins and sandwiches. Thanks Jeff for being a great host.

We invite you to come and enjoy our slice of paradise. We met in college some 30 years ago and always knew we would end up near the beach. My wife and I have always had a passionate connection to the ocean. The water is always great for the soul and plays a major part in ones relaxation while on vacation. Mountain trips are great but nothing comes close to a sunset on the beach.

After many years of hard work, we are able to share this with you. Come see what our Beach Cottage can do for you. It might just be exactly what you are looking for.

Private parking on site,walk across the street to Siesta Beach! A short 5 min walk to The Village that is filled with shopping, food, drinks, coffee bars and more. This is not a typical Florida beach condo. No elevators, you are not sharing the complex with 1,000 other people or fighting for a parking spot. Dedicated parking, ground floor entry, private patio and fully renovated. This will truly feel like a home away from home. With 2 AC units you will always be comfortable on your vacation.
