Best como location!

We had two college move ins and 2 families, perfect location to walk to town, clean, outdoor area perfect for gathering at the end of the day, beds super comfortable. Would love to stay here again.

Cute house within ride share of stadium!

The house was great for our stay! We used the deck and grill for burgers. Be sure to bring oven mitts if you plan to use the oven, anything that needs to be used in the oven (cookie sheet, pans) and extra paper products for your stay. We had a great time at Nathan's property!!!

Great Property!

Our host was very responsive and great with our communication. We had 2 adults and 3 children in our group and all of us had very comfortable beds. We loved how close it was to downtown and would definitely stay at this property again!

Great getaway

Busy moms take a weekend to meet in Columbia for some friend time. The house was comfortable, conveniently located and a great space for us to lounge, watch movies and catch up. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for a Columbia visit.

We had an amazing time for a group of 5 friends. The house was spacious anbd clean. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck, and walking to the breakfast spots down the block at the Arcade district.

Wonderful

What a great little cottage. All the amenities you would want and close to town and college campuses. Very clean space with off street parking. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Home and Host

Absolutely perfect home, wonderfully decorated with everything you could need. Perfect layout with amazingly comfortable beds and room to gather and enjoy family time. We stayed in December and didn’t spend time on the deck, but could see the outdoor space was equally lovely and functional. AAA+++

This house had most of what we needed but needs a couple of repairs before anyone else should stay here. There was a piece of trim on the floor that was broken and had nails sticking up. One of the glass shower doors is about to break off the wall. An old sock and trash was found in every room. This place could be 5 stars with some TLC.

A stay for family wedding

CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH...great rental for family wedding. We had 9 of us who stayed and it was perfect. Nathan was quick to respond to our needs. House roomy, beds so comfortable and house was close to everything....thank you!!

Fantastic! Easy process. Super clean! So roomy!

Nathan was wonderful to work with… very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The house was fantastic. My friend and I stayed with our daughters who are freshman at MIZZOU. We were able to cook the girls home cooked meals and hang out in the beautiful space all weekend.

Good location, quiet neighborhood, very clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room for our group. Owner was quick with responding to our questions and had wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend!

Ideal for the circumstance.

We needed a place close to Boone hospital because a family member had a major surgery. This place is within walking distance. The amenities are excellent. The beds are comfortable and clean. The home is very tasteful and well laid out. The host is attentive and promptly responds to any questions. I will make this place a first consideration should I need to return for a future visit.
