We were very impressed and loved our stay! Loved being right on the beach. Condo was furnished with everything we needed and very clean. The pool and hot tub was great. The beach view is wonderful and the beach was clean. I highly recommend!

This place was great for a larger family, especially due to the price point. Awesome view of the beach/coast and a nice space to hang out inside. Sleeping was good and nice hot showers. The pool and hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of the day. The unit and overall complex is a bit dated but if you are looking for a place that's not too flashy, it is for you!

Amazing views

We love staying at Imperial Beach. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for the beach, great parking, a pool, and views. We always enjoy our stay in this comfortable beautiful place.

Great family vacation

The condo was well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. Beach toys, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen and puzzles and games. We really enjoyed our stay in this family friendly neighborhood.

Our stay was amazing! The condo was clean, organized and spacious. The view was amazing and had an excellent view! The host had excellent communication with us and always responded to our questions in a timely manner. We had secure parking, so many food options in the area. We will definitely return! Nice family vacation.

We enjoyed our Monday through Friday stay in Imperial Beach. The beach access was great. The location to shops and restaurants is very convenient. We made the short drive to San Diego bay and Coronado multiple times. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Feels like home

This condo has such a homey feeling that makes us feel so comfortable each time we visit (this was our 3rd stay at this unit). Convenient to eateries and great walks on the beach. And what a view!

Perfect Beach Vacation

The condo was a perfect fit for our family spring break! We just stepped right onto the beach from the property! Having a secure parking garage and locked entrances to the property helped with feeling of safety in what is already a very nice neighborhood!

THE BEST!!

Great location, great view and the host was so attentive to questions. Having two bedrooms each with it's own bathroom was so nice!! I not only highly recommend it, BUT I WILL be back! ;)

Clean, well stocked condo!

The condo has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled in January and therefore did not utilize the beach; however, we did enjoy the beautiful sunsets right outside the complex.

Oceanfront Property

Very enjoyable and comfortable place. Furniture is comfortable, Wi-Fi is good, plenty of dishes, plates, etc., very user friendly. View is amazing from the condo, as soon as you walk in - you see the beach/ocean. Exterior windows are a bit tired due to the sea air. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back.
