Located on the corner of Vendig street and Ashford Avenue, half a block from Condado Beach, this 3 bedroom Luxury apt is in the center of the best restaurants, bars, shopping and casinos. No need to rent a car, although gated parking is provided. 10 minutes from Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU) and only 10 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Fully equipped modern kitchen, washer and dryer. A/C units throughout. Wi-Fi high speed internet, linens and towels are provided. Feel free to contact us anytime.

After 10pm is quiet hours. Parties, speakers or invited guests are not allowed. Guests amount on the reservation must match people at the property.
No smoking or pets are permitted indoors at any time. Any smoke smell in AC units or mascot hair will be cleaned professionally at tenants expense.
Unfortunately unlike hotels this is a private residential condo and we do not have area to drop off luggage.

Loved the location , the apt was clean and nice kitchen, apt could use a few upgrades but nothing major. The one draw back was there was construction going on that would wake us up much too early, besides that loved it.

Best host ever

Sergio was marvelous. He was available every time I needed him, even for the small details. The property needs some updates, and although the property was clean overall, the carpet in the living room looked a bit dirty, the sofa had some stains, dust on the door moldings, and some other details.

Great spot in the heart of Condado

This property was exactly as described. "Z" the property manager, was there for anything we needed. Getting in was a bit tricky, but once we did, everything was perfect. Some construction started early in the AM right outside of the condo building, but it wasn't horribly disturbing. I think that will be going on for another couple months The beach is just one block away, and everything you need is right there within walking distance.

Never happened!!

We got shafted and they double booked our place. We flew n from Florida and no one gave us a heads up. Took all evening to find a place for 6 people to stay at the last minute. therefore, ruined a vacation day and we had to pay extra money for another place.
