Amazing Oceanfront Views, Beautiful....

Directly oceanfront-one bedroom, one bath condominium with an oceanfront balcony that will take your breath away! There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room that turns into a full bed with memory foam mattress. Both the bedroom and the living room are ocean facing so you can enjoy the peaceful ocean view and sound of the waves.

Whether a quick getaway, a romantic celebration or just some well needed time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life - this is the place to just drop your worries, kick back, breathe deep, and take in the most gorgeous, life-calming, amazing views. You’ll want to make sure to catch at least one golden carolina sunrise- truly BREATHTAKING...

Located on the north end of Carolina Beach on the second floor of a three-level building with your very own private balcony/deck overlooking the ocean. Private homes are located on both sides of Seascape...so no large hotel's guests crowding onto your section of the beach! Clean and comfortably decorated. Great place for a getaway!

There will be a fully equipped kitchen, tv in the living room, table and chairs on the oceanfront balcony, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a full bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. There is also an outdoor pool just a short walk across the street for Seascape guests.

One sofa sleeper makes into a full size bed with NEW memory foam mattress! Basic linens can be included.
The Carolina Beach Pier is one block north and hosts fishing, the new casual "Low Tide Tiki Bar", beach access, and access to the Freeman Park 4x4 Beach.

**BEACH ACCESS UPDATE*** – Following the last hurricane, the Sea Oats Road access in front of this condo building washed away and the town of Carolina Beach has not provided a date for reconstruction as of this date. Currently there is a sand bridge in its place that can be used, however it is not guaranteed due to storms potentially washing it away. You can walk south one block (Sand Fiddler) or north one block to the Carolina Beach Pier in order to access the beach at any time.

2 parking passes will be provided. No elevator. No smoking. No pets. Inquire now to reserve your days or with any questions! Enjoy the Beach!

Absolutely Stunning!

We are a small family of 4 and this place was perfect, one bed and a pull out couch made it comfortable! The view is spectacular!

Ocean view

The view is amazing right on the ocean. The pool is across the street and easy to access. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with kitchen items and there was even some coffee left there. We could hear the waves at night. To get to the beach you have to walk about a block due to the large boulders to block erosion. There is a Tiki Bar at the end of the street on a pier. Many local restaurants and shops are close by.

Absolute Heaven

This property was perfect for our family of 3! The property was immaculate when we arrived, and we were welcomed by the breathtaking view of the ocean as we walked in. The kitchen was well equipped and you really couldn't get any closer to the beach. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony soaking in the stunning view. Thank you for a lovely stay and first visit to Carolina Beach. It certainly wont be our last!❤️

Absolutely amazing

The view was beautiful.....i was impressed with how clean and well equipped this condo was. T.v. in the bedroom was awesome, bed was a good sleep some what firm but i liked it . Beach is a little short but nice and private. I didnt hear a peep for any of the neighbors until they came out on the balcony and said hi. If you want to be left alone and enjoy an amazing view, i highly recommend this condo!

This condo is perfect! Julie, our host was so nice and quick to respond when we communicated with her. The condo looked just like the pictures and the VIEW…we can’t wait to return to this little piece of paradise!
