Fully modernized 10th floor studio at The Palms Hotel on the West side of Waikiki - Close to Fort DeRussey, Ala Moana shopping center and Magic isle beaches, tennis courts and the Marina.
Offering two Queen Beds, WiFi, TV & HD cable - Suite includes a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker along with all linens, bedding, towels and even beach towels.
An iron and ironing board is in the suite should you have meetings or a wedding to be pressed and ready for!
Ice machine is located on every floor.

Situated just below the penthouse, this fully furnished, newly renovated studio features a preferred layout with 2 queen sized beds and open lanai.

Amenities include a restaurant, sun deck w/swimming pool, BBQ area, business center, fitness center, community laundry etc. Easy access to Hawaii's largest open-air shopping mall, Hawaii Convention Center, beautiful beach parks, marina and more!

Girls trip

Front desk very hospitable. Shower and bed were so very comfortable. Would definitely book here again. Conveniently located.

Clean and convenient location in Waikiki

The suite at the Palms was clean and quiet in a good location for exploring Waikiki. Communication with hosts before and during the trip was excellent. The coffee maker, fridge and microwave were handy for our stay. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Waikiki Studio

Great location near Hilton Hawaiian Village and Fort DeRussy. Easy to arrange, check in, etc. Half mile to mile walk to get to Waikiki shops and restaurants.

Nice hotel room

This was a little different from other vrbo’s I have rented which were houses or condos. This was a hotel room. They provided a drip coffee maker and a cartridge coffee maker and some silverware and dishes. There was a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer that didn’t freeze things but made them really cold. No coffee was provided. They also provided beach chairs and an umbrella. My only complaint was that the parking was limited and first come, first served. We had to go down to the desk every morning to buy our daily parking spot for $40. I would have preferred being able to pay for the parking for our whole stay up front to avoid the stress. Otherwise the hotel was close to the beach, Ala Moana mall and Waikiki restaurants and activities. I would book this Vrbo again. The owner was very quick to respond to messages.

This property is disgusting. The bathroom is covered in mold. safe did not work. Sliding glass door will remain open if you need to lock it. 10/10 do not recommend. Also my daughter had a drink and a lizard went straight into her mouth and she had to spit it out in the sink. The plumber came for a clogged shower drain, made a mess, and then told us it wasn’t his job to clean it and also did not put the drain thing in so I couldn’t give either of my daughters a bath. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

Excellent location, very comfortable place

Location was great, close to Waikiki strip, and 10-15 min walk to Ala Moana center and the beach. Very convenient. The flat was very clean and welcoming, there was an incorrect address but was able to figure out very quickly. There's paid parking in the hotel, but if you drive a few blocks away and are patient, you can find parking on the street. The hotel has a pool, this flat is privately owned, so there's no daily cleaning service from the hotel. All and all, a great place to stay!
